First of all, we really liked the unit. We have booked it for 3 months next winter. Found it very clean. We had a few minor problems, but maintenance staff were right there and problem solved. The owner should consider replacing the sofa and 2 recliner chairs, as they are worn out. They are very uncomfortable to sit on. We added cushions in order to sit on them comfortably. The toilet in the main bathroom is cracked and doesn't flush well.
The shower in the ensuite needs repairing. Again we really like the unit. Our agent, Bob Biron really helped us alot. We thank him. See you next Jan.

The location is great. I’ve stayed in this building before and had a good experience. This unit was disappointing, it needs a major cleaning and upgrades. The master bedroom has black mold along the baseboard and ceiling above the bed and has a musty smell. Didn’t put any clothes in the dresser drawers because they had a smell also.The carpet in both bedrooms needs to be taken out. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in over ten years. The spare bathroom light fixture does not work (we even tried replacing light bulbs) only one works. Outlet cannot hold your plug keeps falling out. Front door looks like it was busted into at some point. We had a major rain storm with strong winds and the rain was literally coming through the bottom corner where the tiles are coming up. Kitchen floor tiles are separating and baseboards are missing. Couch and recliners are filthy dirty. The screens on patio doors are ripped and has duct tape. Screen is missing on master bedroom window. The unit has great views but pictures on line of this unit are deceiving. Met a couple of owners in the building who are really pleased with the building. Overall we love this area will definitely be back just not with this unit.

Good experience nd would recommend this condo and location.Two draw backs, condo needs a deep cleaning and it needs an update on its' cooking utensils along with a new vacuum cleaner.

The unit was well cleaned and comfortable but needs some updating. Some of the electrical plugs and switches need attention. The original sinks, counters and faucets also need to be replaced. The beds seem relatively new and are comfortable.

The condo was average. Had to vacuum the rug in the kitchen as it was dirty when we got there and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival. Bedspreads were too little for beds. One of the bed squeaks when you move. It was clean other than what was mentioned above.

Great beachfront views! Condo was clean and well kept and had everything we needed for a weeks stay. Decor was a little dated. Overall great place at a great price. I’ve stayed at Horizon East multiple times since I was young and plan to go again! Thanks!

It was a very nice condo and had all the amenities needed. The microwave went out on the 2nd day and never got repaired or replaced.

Great condo location and views. Living room sofa seemed like it needed cleaning but overall was a very great place to stay and will stay in this condo again. Staff were friendly and great customer service at check in. Parking was hard to get a spot at times so we tried to be mindful of when most everyone would be leaving so we could get a spot.

Our family of four comfortably fit in this beach front condo. It was perfect for our son to nap, and still be beach front. The afternoon rai storms were relaxing to watch on the balcony, we went in Sept. We have stayed in this complex before and highly suggest renting here to anyone. We plan to return in a few months.

Due to such late planning I called the office vice booking online. Susan was great to work with and sought out two properties that met my needs for a broken week schedule that wasn’t the traditional Sat to Sat model. Without her help we would have moved on to another beach up the coast and not have experienced Garden City Beach and it’s unique family beach feeling. Loved the proximity to the Garden City Pier. Live band every night was great. Only negative was the parking allowed for only one vehicle on sight. However the free overflow parking met our need, It was located about 2 miles away. The unit we stayed in could have used a handyman to fix the minor issues we encountered. Note: I didn’t report any problems as the issues didn’t change my experience and weren’t major concerns. Things such as loose and broken floor trim. But overall the place was cozy, cool and clean. We would stay in it again and would recommend to our friends and all others. Pretty good. No issues of any kind. The AC in the master bedroom was weak. The living room would be at 72 but the bedroom would be hotter. That was really it.

Loved the location. Definitely needs updated. Beautiful balcony with ****** outdoor furniture. Air conditioner didn’t work In the bedrooms.

Our condo was very nice. We had some problems with tv's and lights. We called Garden City Realty and someone came the next day to straighten things out. Did not enjoy beach as it was being refurbished.

The condo was just what we expected. Close to the Beach, Great View and close to things we wanted to do. I would like to see closer parking to the condo for guests/visitors. I also think that the mattresses in each room needs to be updated. Everything else was just fine.

You can't ask for better than an 8th floor view of the ocean. The decor may not be modern, but the condo has everything you need for a trip to the beach. You even get a view of the ocean while cleaning up in the kitchen. Marvelous!!

We absolutely loved this condo! We come to Garden City every year and this is by far my favorite condo yet! Also want to give a HUGE thanks to Garden City Realty. We realized the day before we left that the pool at our reserved place was not in working order. I called and they set us up at a new place quickly. They were fantastic!! Wonderful vacation!!!

Very nice. Loved the location. Steps away from the beach. Only complaint was linens were left from previous occupant. Called several times to Garden City realty to come pick them up. They never did pick them up.

Wonderful! While the condo does feel a bit dated, it's very nice and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The parking situation is really bad however - it didn't matter so much to us as we only had one car but if friends/adult family had accompanied us (it was a two-bedroom condo), it would have been impossible.

What a great place to relax. The Living Room floors were beautiful and make me want them for my own house. I enjoyed going to sleep every night with the window cracked so I could hear the ocean. The only down side is that there is only enough parking for one car per unit. So if you have 2 couples using the same unit you need to plan ahead and car pool or run the risk of parking blocks away.
