This was our second year staying in this room and we love it. We have two little ones who also loved it. It had everything we need from kitchen appliances to extra pillows and blankets to and extra beach umbrella. The place is always super clean. My only issue I had this year was once my room was ready and we received the text, the code wouldn’t work on the door. I called the garden city number and left a message but no one ever returned a call. Finally after about 35 minutes the code worked and we were able to get in. But we love this room and are sad that it is already booked for next year!

This is our second year staying at The Beach House and it was fabulous. The property was under construction from some damage that occurred from a hurricane last summer, but the site remained safe and clean for guests. Our unit was clean and had all the amenities from home. We love staying here and will be back again.

Love Garden City Realty like family and the condo was wonderful! The property is well-maintained and had everything I needed during my stay. And, you can't beat an ocean view condo - even in April. The weather was warm, the beach was beautiful, and there were no crowds. I can't wait to come back.

This is a great place to just get away and relax with the kids. The unit was very clean and well maintained. It is decorated beautifully and the position along the beach is perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is plenty of shopping close by and things to do.

This was the third time renting this property. It is so convenient and clean. The balcony is a great place to rewind and relax and offers a gorgeous view. The owners are wonderful people. The property management are great to work with. Very convenient online services. I would definitely recommend this Beach House. We came back from vacation rested and relaxed. We will definitely be back.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Tastefully decorated. Had a wonderful time sitting on the oceanfront deck. Only thing that we missed having was an elevator.

We had a great stay at Beach House 305. We were in Garden City with some of our Middle School students who attended the FCA Retreat. The kids stayed at the Garden City Chapel, but during their free time, we brought them to the condo to play on the beach and hang out. This is the 4th year we've stayed in this condo and we've always enjoyed our stay. The condo has everything we need and is always clean. We like that it is on the beach so we can keep a close eye on the kids when they are with us. We've never had a maintenance issue with this property. We reserve this property through Garden City Realty and they are always very helpful with our reservation and check in/out. There is shopping and restaurants within a couple miles so everything we need is nearby. We plan to stay here again next year.

We loved the home away from home!! It was great sitting on the deck and enjoying the ocean views. We enjoyed the pool and the easy access to the ocean. The house had everything we needed to enjoy our week. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

We loved Beach House 305! The view is beautiful and the condo was amazing! We will absolutely stay here again. Had to call about a loose banister on the porch and it was fixed within an hour!

Ease of getting keys, very nicely decorated and clean property. Have stayed in other units in the Beach House but this was taken care of very well. Balcony furniture nice. Very well supplied in the kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, utensils and enough extras if you forgot something. We had rented an umbrella and chairs, but we found their Tommy Bahama chairs were fabulous!

We’ve stayed at Beach House 305 the past two years, and it’s been great both times! Our kids loved the pool and the view out of the balcony! It’s. A great place to stay. I’d say we will continue to stay there for our beach trips. Garden City Realty was also great to work with, super friendly!

The room was very clean and it was comfortable. It had plenty of room for two families. My only complaint is the parking wasn't the best. We were worried every time we left if we'd have a spot when we got back. Other than that it was a nice place.

Our stay at The Beach House #305 was fabulous. Our first impression of the unit was impressive. Everything was clean and tidy. There was an abundance of "extras" like beach chairs & sand toys available. Each bedroom had extra bedding and cozy throws. Best of all was the view f the ocean each morning sipping coffee on the balcony. It was a very positive experience!

This place was GREAT! Everything we needed was available in this unit. The extra beach chairs and accessories in the closet were a nice bonus. If we stay here again it's nice to know we may not even need to bring those things! I would definitely consider this rental again when vacationing in garden city.

I have vacationed in Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach for over 30 years, and this was one of the better experiences. The view was great from the 3rd floor balcony and the condo was clean and nicely appointed.

My family and I have vacationed at Garden City for the past 10 years and always stayed at the Beach House in different condos as we love the location. From this point on we will ONLY stay in 305. We will plan our vacation around the availability of this condo. It is by far the best condo we have stayed in. It has all the amenities from home right down to the Dyson sweeper. The décor is very tastefully done. Kudos to the owners...you have done it up right!

Overall Beach House 305 was fine, only two issues. 1) the balcony was not level, but other condo balconies in this complex were the same, seemed a little scarey. 2) the sliding door was so hard to open and close, needs fixing or new door...

Condo had recently been redone with new paint, furniture and décor. It was a great couple day retreat for 2 couples. Kitchen was super equipped. Only negative (and a small one) was being on the third floor and no elevator presented a slight challenge bringing the luggage in. Staff did a great job helping us find a great unit on short notice in the off season.

Great vacation rental. Well kept. Only downside is it's a third floor walk-up (no elevator) but we knew that when we reserved and were OK with that. Not for someone with trouble climbing stairs.
