Beautiful views, clean space, fresh linens, secure facilities, nice pool..overall wonderful stay. Highly recommend

The condo was a great spot for our week at the beach. We loved two ocean view bedrooms- not many have that feature. The condo was updated and modern. The carpets in the bedrooms could use a cleaning and some general handyman fixes- burnt lights, broken drawers. Unfortunately when we arrived on a Sunday the realty company hadn’t left our key out so we had to call the emergency number to pick it up. Delayed our check in and was frustrating that we felt forgotten. John- emergency maintenance- was quick and super helpful though.

This is our second time staying in Penthouse C and it's been a great experience both times! It's always spotless and extra towel and sheet sets are wrapped and are everywhere! The sheets are already on the bed as well which was really nice and the kitchen is fully stocked, there's even an air fryer if you need it! 10/10 would recommend! Our family of 6 fit comfortably and had plenty of space!

Great location and friendly staff. Rental was overall clean but does have some water damage on the ceilings. Overall perfect place for a very happy girls vacation trip! Amenities were great and condo stocked with kitchen essentials. Would absolutely rent again!

In general this unit was clean and well decorated however it was in need of maintenance and updating. Sliders and screens did not lock and/or open & bathrooms were showing typical signs of salt corrosion. A little TLC would go along way. Great location and view on the beach!

Three bedrooms, each with their OWN bathroom, is an absolute treat at the beach. Two the bedrooms open up right to the patio (9 floors above the pool with a spectacular view of the beach) -- and the third, a set of twin beds in the back.

The kitchen was well stocked and had everything you could need, and having our own parking space was a much needed necessity.

Only drawbacks were that the space it a little cluttered -- there are lots (and lots) of decorations on every surface. Made it hard to just find some space to put a laptop or a suitcase.

Same with the balcony/deck (which is where you will spend a lot of your time since it is beautiful) -- but there are a dozen chairs and tables making it hard to move about.

The location though makes up for all the clutter, just steps to the beach, and less then a 15 minute walk to the pier (with an arcade, ice cream shop, souvenir shop, etc)

Would 100% stay again, and recommend to others as well.

We enjoyed our month in Penthouse C. Condo was very nice, however, there was too much decor “clutter”. Every surface had numerous items on them, so it was difficult to make space for even a glass or coffee mug next to the couch or chair. The closets were jam packed, with very few hangers. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. I did do quite a bit of cleaning. The stove top looks way better than when we arrived. The baseboards and moldings were very dirty. Gary, the on site manager was very helpful when our Wi-Fi went out, and also fixed a leak under the kitchen sink. Tim was also very helpful by dealing with Spectrum when they came to fix the Wi-Fi.

One thing was the parking, we get a three bed three bath and one parking stop. But the at the Horizon East, it clearly said we could have more, but Garden City realty said not so. That was not cool. The place was beautiful and very well equipped. WAY to much stuff sitting around thou, hardly a place to sit you phone on a table or night stand, very pretty stuff, but way to much of it.. Hardly any space in the closets to hand a shirt from so much stuff being in there, SOOOOOO many throw pillows for the beds and couches and chairs there was no place to put them all..BUT overall a great and secure place to stay..

We had a nice time at HE in Garden City. The view from the Penthouse and access to the beach was one of the best we have ever had in our many trips to various beaches in the US. The Penthouse was comfortable and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The only frustrating thing was the parking. We knew going into our stay that there would only be one parking spot for the Penthouse even though it sleeps 9. However many evenings it was frustrating to park on the street a block or so away when there were plenty of extra spots available. The interior could use a bit of updating also. Overall we had a good stay and would return again.

Overall very satisfied with penthouse C. The bedroom in the back with the bunk beds needs a fan to circulate the air. Also the bathroom attached to this room needs to have the tub plunged. Water takes a long time to drain.

Love the balcony, parking & ease of getting in and out

The view from PHC was fantastic and location as well! The one thing I would suggest is adding a ceiling fan in the back bedroom. You can't open the window because you are by the elevator. The bathroom off this room could use a new toilet as well. Everything else was great! I am ready to go back again. Thank you owner for sharing!! Pam from Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Property was wonderful. Had a fantastic time. Parking was an issue. The condo was for ten and we had 9 in our party. We brought 2 cars and had to park on off site. Other than that it was wonderful.

Our family stayed in the penthouse. It was clean and had all the kitchen supplies needed. The home was older than appeared in the photos but nice. The three bedrooms with private baths made it perfect for us. We did have an issue with the door lock. We called the office and they had it fixed in a timely manner. Because it was the week of the 4th it was very croweded. We got up early and put our tent and chairs out for the day. This allowed us to reserve a special place for us on the beach. We had a fireworks show every night with a front row seat from our balcony. My grandchildren loved being in the middle of the display. The pool is small and was crowded during the day. We wanted to swim at night but they closed early. It would great it they would leave the pool open longer. Overall we had a great time. I would recommed the penthouse.

Horizon East Penthouse C is simply decorated, with most needed amenities (the pool is not open in the winter). My favorite things about this condo is the two oceanfront bedrooms and the balcony. There's also a third bedroom that is perfect for kids or teenagers. New dishwasher, oven and frig for 2011, plus a new flatscreen t.v. in the living room. Closed hallway entry with two elevators. Limited parking, especially in the busy season.
