One Ocean Place 409

This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. We have already booked again for 2025. Perfect location. The only problem is with the tv's but we figured it out.

This condo is stunning and it an amazing location. Clean, had everything we needed, and the personnel at Garden City Reality were always pleasant to speak with. We only had one issue with our front door not want to close well and within the day it was fixed. Also, the dryer does take awhile to dry even if it is a small load. We had 6 people staying in the condo, but did not feel crowded. We have already booked for next year.

Very easy check-in/check-out process. Nice unit and great location. We have been staying at this location for 17 years and the overall property is well maintained. As far as the unit itself, two items the owners should consider: The noise level of the air conditioner. (It's new but very noisy). Secondly, have a mattress topper available for the king bed. Very hard mattress. Overall, the unit is very nice and well maintained.

One Ocean place unit 409 is a wonderful bright unit decorated very tastefully. The beds were very comfortable and the unit was very clean!! The view of the ocean is amazing and so peaceful. No complaints here, very grateful the owners share their vacation home !

The overall experience was excellent. The experience of making the reservation, making the financial payments, arriving, and entering the condo was excellent. I was not prepared for all the dogs on the beach, especially those that bark at 6:30 in the morning, but you learn something new everyday.

This 2 bedroom condo appears to have been renovated fairly recently. Everything seemed clean and new, beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen stocked well. We enjoyed our short stay.

Our first time at One Ocean Place 409. Absolutely beautiful! Property was exactly as described. Very clean and well-maintained. The only problem was the Tv in living room. Would have been nice to have a "cheat" sheet on how to navigate everything. Took awhile but we got it. We loved it so much, we are booked for next year. The owner should be proud of this condo. Can't wait for next year.

Absolutely stunning! Beautifully decorated. Loved the walk-in showers. We loved it so much we are coming back next year. Loved the pools and hot tub. The only thing I would change would be a new toaster or a toaster oven. Loved the Keurig.

The property description was accurate. It was a beautiful unit. It was clean and well maintained.The only downside to the unit was the paper products that were included leaved a lot to be desired, especially the toilet paper. I would recommend the unit to anyone, I would just tell them to bring their own toilet paper.

This unit is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the keyless entry and remote checkin ability. The unit was spotless and all of the towels and bedding were shrink wrapped and placed in the appropriate areas. I just spoke with Bob about returning next year. He was extremely helpful and personable! There were also 2 extra beach chairs in the unit, which came in handy. We brought our own two, so having two extras was a bonus! There were also binoculars in the unit as well. The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed (blender). The TV remotes are the older Spectrum ones (with a cisco box). I had a harder time trying to remember how to get the spectrum channels up and maybe refresher directions would be nice. We didn't turn that TV off (one in living room) as I was afraid I couldn't remember how to get back into the spectrum part (no input button on the original TV remote). I finally figured it out, but not sure if I could have if we hadn't had that same spectrum remote on our tvs (the newer remotes are different). All in all, our stay was amazing in this unit. Oh and we loved the daytime security guard!!! He gave us lots of restaurant recommendations!

Condo is terrific. This was the second time we’ve stayed in this unit. It’s beautiful and well equipped. Would recommend a new toaster, but that is literally the only thing we didn’t love.
Unit also wasn’t available until 5pm when check in is 4pm.

Beautiful condo that looks exactly like the pictures. Spent a lot of time in those great chairs on the balcony! Location was great - loved the Conch Cafe next door & it was a short drive to Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk, as well as going into Myrtle. Would definitely stay here again!

The condo was beautiful, I loved the view! Looking out over the ocean was wonderful! Only one negative to say. Twice I came back to the condo I had rented for 23 days, and the Balcony furniture was all in living room. I could not see the TV!! Some one came into
My place and did not even call me to
Let me know! I had to have a friend move it back out twice!! I was not pleased. Not a word from
Anyone. I found out later they were doing the floor. But they did not come back to move furniture for me either! Other than that it was perfect!!

This was a beautiful place with a great view and a great beach. We appreciated the on-site security, and the lifeguard service as well as chairs and umbrellas for rent. Great place to eat right next door too! We felt safe walking on the beach early mornings and late afternoons. Our unit did need some updates but overall okay.

My experience was decent. The beds were squeaky in both rooms. The tv in the living room had bright spots in the screen. No tv in the second room was a disappointment. The beds need zippered mattress protectors now a days. It would have been nice to leave the sliding door open all night but with no screen door made that impossible. The location was great though! My family had a good time!

When you wake up that first morning, you understand why the entire ocean facing wall is glass. The view is outstanding, especially at sunrise. This unit is spacious and was clean and well maintained. We had no issues during our stay. Our trip included the usual stops for fun and food in the myrtle beach area, but the beach was by far the best attraction. This was our first visit in 17 years, and we will return.

Arrived on Sunday - no problem at all getting my packet of information to access the condo. Everything was thorough and detailed. Stayed at One Ocean Place 409. Overall - clean and plenty of room. Most places require minimum 7 nights - this one was an exception so it worked out great for our 4 night stay.

The condo was wonderful and clean! The large windows overlooking the beach and the patio was my favorite part. The only thing I would change would be the bed, the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable.

We've used Garden City before, and will use them again. Their office personnel are great, and their properties are very clean and well maintained. One caveat: You should plan to get access to your rental property closer to 5:00-5:15, rather than their policy check-in time of 4:00.

The room could use a little update but over al it was good. The blinds need to be fix. The biggest problem was the parking. I had a tahoe and it was real hard to park and get turn around. Over all we loved it.

Management Company was very friendly and helpful; very easy to book and quick check-in and check-out. Great condo location and close to Murrells Inlet restaurant row and marsh walk. Condo kitchen and master bathroom dated, needs an upgrade. Master bed could be larger, not extremely comfortable. Overall, clean with a great ocean view. Conch Cafe excellent restaurant next door and within walking distance.

It's been a few years since we were last there, and have gone several times in the past 20 years. We were disappointed that the maid service no longer exists, especially for the garbage. We thought our condo could use some updating, including new TV and there was no TV in the second bedroom. The biggest complaint was the weather, the last 3 days, of which you have no control.

Good parking in the garage, elevators were good on speed without much wait time, unit has a great amount of space for four people, unit could use an update it has an 80's feel about it, thicker trash bags would be a must, plenty of linens provided, great ocean view from great room and master, good acces to pool and the beach. We would stay here again.

We didn't have very long to visit the area. Our accommodations at One Ocean Place (409) were excellent. Everything was clean and we loved that the windows and doors were situated so that wherever we looked from, we could see the ocean. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the room, view was amazing. Only complaint is that I wasn't told where to pick up the keys for the condo. I checked in on the 4th of July and the office was closed. I almost stayed in a hotel the first night until i found the keys in an after hours drop box that was unmarked. It would have made life easier to have been told where to look for the keys.
