Wonderful time. Unit was stocked wonderfully in the kitchen. Really lucked out with the weather. No working TV in 3rd bedroom was a surprise. Maintenance explained. Too bad things are taken away. Need to change amenities in website.

We had a lovely time! A bitchillier than we like butnonetheless lovely! The penthouse was beautiful with lots of amenities. It was beautifully decorated and stocked with anything you could possibly need.The cleanliness was outstanding as well! The master bedroom slider onto the private balcony was super hard to open. Otherwise, everything else couldn't have been more perfect!

We had 2 14 year olds and 4 adults. The layout of this space was fantastic. Everyone loved the week we spent there. The shades on the windows, and the additional air conditioning unit are so helpful in keeping the condo cool. The kitchen was fully stocked and even has a keurig! The balconies and the hot tub are such a bonus. Would definitely recommend this property.

The room was extremely nice and clean. The hot tub was the favorite for my grandson and I guess us as well. It was clean and we spent time in it daily. If I were to ask for one thing, it would be better wi-fi. Unfortunately I always end up working some. While the rest of the area has gone back to the pre-covid normal, the office still has not, so I can't comment on the last question.

16 men from Salt Lake came upon these wonderful condos. Great amenities including an ocean view. Hot tub was amazing after 36 holes of golf, poker and cigars! Food all around and are golf courses. The Penthouse was our gathering place. Was perfect for this get a way! Call for Mary. She’ll hook you up!

We love Surfmaster Penthouse K. This was the second year we have rented the condo. Oceanfront views are killer and make for the most peaceful getaway you could imagine. Thursday was a rainy day and there was enough space to stay inside and enjoy the day without everyone being on top of each other.

Everything was perfect. The only problem was the hot tub stopped working towards the end of the week. The maintenance personnel had to contact an electrician and it was never able to be fixed before we left. Other than that it was perfect. Even through a tropical depression. We booked again for next year before leaving the beach.

I'm recovering from serious back surgery and wanted a place to relax for a few days. The Penthouse K is a wonderful home with an amazing view. The property was clean and remodeled. The AC unit works well even when the afternoon sun prevails. Be sure to turn on the split AC unit over the Kitchen counter. The sliding shades are excellent sun blockers when you don't want the glare. The Hot Tub was serviced the morning of our arrival and worked perfectly. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped. My only complaint was that the sleeper couches and chair in the living room were terribly uncomfortable and need to be replaced.

We started our stay on March 1st. Due to the problems in NYS from the Corona virus, we were able to extend out stay to April 16th. There was no better place to self quarantine! Condo is beautiful and the view from the awesome balcony is outstanding. Can’t wait for 2021 ( the office staff and maintenance staff are wonderful.

This was a very pleasant experience all around. From the initial booking of the place with Robin and throughout our entire stay. There are no words to express the magnificent view and it was wonderful to leave the balcony door open and hear the ocean waves continuously. Jackie in the office greeted us pleasantly and Dan acted promptly when we requested that he service the hot tub. It was a magical 5 nights and days!!

This is our second time renting the penthouse. Last year we were evacuated so only stayed 3 days. Overall we were pleased. The penthouse could have been cleaner, the floors were dirty, dead bugs on floor, dust on fans, there is mold on the shower curtain in master bath and rugs are dirty. The dining room furniture is very heavy and the rug beneath is coming up and could cause an accident. The scatter rugs are very slippery. We loved the balcony and is close to shopping and a must is listening to the music at the Garden City pier, A little more attention to cleaning and it would be perfect,

I love the ocean, Garden City and the SurfMaster; especially Ph_K! You can’t imagine how I look forward to staying here. There are days I don’t leave the balcony. This unit has everything I need. I was a little surprised at how dated the condo was since the web site stated it had been updated. The flooring wasn't even completely down yet and all the chairs around one of the tables were moved. But the unit was still very nice and the view...priceless! Will probably be staying here again! Loved having our own hot tub!

This condo, penthouse, is amazing! I have rented this since 2012 and
hope to rent it for many more. I love it! (The only thing I would like to see is a repair the shower stall in the small bedroom ) The entire staff is awesome!

We were four adults who stayed in Penthouse K at Surfside for two weeks. We always select the southern-most condos when we visit Myrtle Beach so that we have the sun from sunrise to sunset.
Penthouse K was in wonderful shape. The furniture was comfortable, the beds were fine and the condo was pristine when we arrived. We bought the linen package so the beds were made and the towels were shrink wrapped waiting for us to open them for our use. We loved using the expansive patio during the day and the hot tub every night to watch the sun go down. The management company checks the water and chemicals at least twice a week when there is a hot tub. This was comforting, knowing we didn't have to worry about that. The agent, Dan, was friendly and more than helpful if we had questions about the condo, the amenities and even where to eat. Garden City Realty was a good company to work with. The kitchen had fairly new appliances that were clean, but most importantly, the ice maker worked like a charm. We would definitely rent this unit again.

We enjoyed our vacation very much and our condo definitely was not the best unit in the facility. For the price for that weak it was good. Drew was honest with us about a leak in the roof and we got lucky with no rain the whole week. Next year we are coming back to that facility but will be going to a different condo. The condo we were in really needs to be renovated but the views and layout were wonderful. The furniture was really bad a table was broken the outside deck had nothing nice at all but the hot tub. The ciling where leak was needs to be fixed. Once again Drew was very honest with us and the maintenance man all week checked on us and really cared about the facility.

We had a very enjoyable stay while staying at Garden City. Beaches was the cleanest I have ever experienced. Our room was very nice too. Only bad thing was not enough parking and the flimsy parking passes they gave us. Mine fell from the mirror and security towed my new dodge limited truck. After paying 185.00 to get it out and when we got home found damage on both lower sides I took it to body shop. I have a estimate for 1400.00 to fix back. Got to get some pics and send to realty co. Other than that we had a most enjoyable time. I just want my truck fixed and the expense of the tow back, We spent 3600.00 to have a good stay but not to get towed because of a flimsy parking pass. They should get make of vehicle and license plate when you register.

This unit was wonderful! You're own hot tub w/an ocean view!!! At nite under the was nice and quiet even though it was Easter week! Everything you need is a short drive just up the road! I am planning on going back next April and am hoping to bring my granddaughter! Thanks for a great week����������!

This rental was very nice. Very clean and layout was great. Property description was accurate. Enjoyed being able to walk to the Conch Café. Close to grocery store. the only suggestion I would make is to update the outdoor furniture. Very satisfied with my stay, very satisfied with the property's general condition location was 5 star and clean.

This was my sixth year at Surfmaster and fifth year in PH K. Each year gets better. The Garden City Realty is fantastic. The office staff (Jackie) and maintenance (Dan) were very helpful. As someone who enjoys cooking, the kitchen is equipped with everything you could ever need I have to say the only thing I would like to see different would be a newer hot tub. But even if it's not replaced, I'll still be back. That's how much I enjoy being there.

This penthouse has the most incredible views I've seen. We absolutely loved it. The furniture is a little dated and the HVAC is uneven; but you should be out on the deck, in the immaculate hot tub, or on the beach.

we loved this penthouse. would definitely stay here again. there are a few things that need fixed first though. the bedroom dressing area's vanity's baseboard needs fixed its all rotted away. the wallpaper is outdated in the master bedrooms bathroom/dressing area. the bathtub in there doesn't drain you have to hold in the drain to let it all drain. all the baseboards on all the bathroom vanities need replaced. other than that which were very minor was beautiful. just needs a little work done. will consider staying here next time we go beautiful place

We have been coming to garden city beach for the past 10 years and love the area. While we were thrilled with the location itself and the building, there were a few minor things that we were a little disappointed with in this particular unit. The door to the balcony leaks when it rains and the blinds are horrible. They fall off when you touch them and need to be replaced. Also the hot tub cover is ripped and the "stuffing" is in the hot tub which was not in working order when we got there. (good thing it was too hot to be in the hot tub anyways) Other than those few small things, the trip was wonderful and we will be back next year for sure!!!! We always rent from garden city realty because the people are friendly and knowledgeable of the area and resolve any problems that come up quickly.

Over all, our five weeks here were great. Certainly would have liked better
Weather but that was out of our control! This was our 4th year in this condo
and we reserved it for next year. There are a few things that needed to be tweaked, but the maintenance staff is outstanding and took care of things as quickly as possible. Great location, great condo and great rental company to deal with.

We would have given everything 5 stars if we had been @ PH-I our entire stay, but, we stayed 7 days in PH-I (9/7-9/14) and 4 days in PH-K (9/14-9/18/13). The difference between the two units was like night and day. PH-I was beautiful, clean, updated and worth the $. PH-K, although bright and cherry needed multiple (what we considered inexpensive) fixes. There were multiple burnedout/mixed-matched light bulbs in the kitchen, master bathroom and bedroom 3, a missing sconce on one of the 3 lightbulbs of living room ceiling fan, multiple loose electrical outlets (the one on floor in living room didn't even have a cover plate), peeling popcorn ceilings in numerous rooms, blood stain on one of the pillow shams in the master bedroom, hair in tub and running toilet in master bath. There were also several more costly fixes needed, the door to balcony slams as closure was broken, the fridge/icemaker was very loud, and although usable the balcony furniture was uncomfortable and needed an update. We do commend Garden City Realty and the maintainence staff as they responded very promptly when the unit above us was leaking water into our unit. We have stayed at the Surfmaster numerous times in the past 25 years and LOVE it and we also realize these units are independently owned, but to charge the same rate for these 2 units, was very disapointing.

Penthouse K was one of the nicest condos that we have ever stayed in. We loved having a hot tub on the patio. The entire unit was very spacious and every bedroom had at least a queen size bed. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was also a plus. I would highly recommend this unit.

i had a wonderful time during my stay. Sad that the weather wasn't as wonderful! I have booked same place for next year and would love to beable to get it for February as well Can alwats hope!! Our cable tv was out in the living room and two of the bedrooms for the first 3 weeks. However, So that was not good, but certainly not the fault of the property. Just a note to tell you that Robbie is an excellent Maintenance Man. Having just retired from a senior housing complex, I noticed that he is consciencous and prompt and very helpful. I am hoping he will be there next year. Great asset to your property

This was our second stay at the Surfmaster, and we loved it. The beach is awesome and the location is wonderful. I highly recommend it for people who want to be able to go to the Myrtle Beach attractions, but want to be able to relax on the beach with out the large crowds.

The building is very nice. We stayed in a penthouse unit with a large porch and hot tub. The unit is roomy and well laid out. The unit does show its age. Appliances and fixtures need to be updated. Windows and doors are weathered and cloudy in some cases.
The vertical blinds are only about 80% intact. With a some updating the unit could be first class. It still provided for a very nice stay in a location that we love. The new supplemental a/c was great. A similar unit last year was unbearably hot during the
day with the sun pouring in all of the glass.

A Valentine's weekend get-away...had a wonderful time in this great penthouse with a million dollar view. Only problem was upon after-hours arrival..we were not told which bldg or floor. Had to call an emergency # after searching for 30 min.
