We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

We stayed at Royal Garden 702 for a week and it was great! The condo had everything we needed. The location is perfect and the condo is nicely decorated.
A sofa bed is never comfortable but my kids didn't care. The bed in master bedroom was comfortable. This place is small but it's great for 4 people.

This is our 3rd time at Rucker Cottage, and we loved it again. The owners continue to update things about the property, and we could not find a better value for money. There is always something to do there without leaving the area - the beach, the pool, the floating dock, etc. We even had manatees visit our little inlet!

We have been coming to Sea Master for close to ten years - and plan to return! Beach is right beneath the balcony and on a great stretch of beach at that - super location for fun and great seafood! The complex is smaller (but nice)and has quick access to all rooms.

We have not had a vacation in 5 years and this was the most relaxing place. The unit was amazing. Our only complaint is that we enjoy relaxing on the couch after a long day on the beach - but the couch and loveseat are NOT comfortable at all...This could be updated to meet the standards of the rest of the beauty and comfort in this unit. We will definitely be back and request the same unit. THANKYOU..

As first-time owners of beach property, the staff at Garden City Realty has eased all of our concerns about renting our property. From purchase to ownership the staff has gone out of their way to make sure we were taken care of. The onsite staff is professional and very friendly. They address our guests concerns, promptly take care of any needed repairs and manage our property as if it were their own.
