This place definitely had it's good and so-so reviews. I love the oceanfront, the full kitchen, 1.5 baths, Keurig (that was a plus), and very nice staff. Parking was pretty good, relatively quiet.
The downside -- once again, the mattresses are awful!! I highly recommend either bringing a very thick mattress pad or your own blow up -- is this because I go at the end of a season, and everything is used/abused by that time, or just that the owner/realty company spends for the cheapest mattress possible? It was pretty clean, but I still find little stains, tiny bits of food around -- this may be for the limited amount of time only 1 cleaning crew has to clean the condo before moving onto the next one.
Would I stay here again - yes. Do I wish things were kept up a little more - yes!

We purchased unit 904 in 2006 and have had Garden City Realty as our realtor every year since. They are like a member of the family. Our condo is rented almost every week of the year and on a monthly basis from November through March. This year will be our most profitable year so far. People tell me to rent our condo ourselves and keep all the rental money but believe me the small amount that goes to Garden City Realty is well worth it. They are quick to handle any problems our renters have. I have had a book in my unit where renters can comment and every time they talk about how great the people are at Garden City Realty. You would not believe the "little things" they do for you and your guest at no charge to you. Take the pressure off and let Garden City Realty put people in your unit.

We all loved the location. It was easy to book the house. We had a few small issues( light buld burnt out, timmer on hot tub didn't work, tv remotes that didn't work right) But overall it was great. will think twice for our group a seperated upstairs and down stairs.

Absolutely loved checking in without having to physically go to the office. Everything was exactly as advertised. The only two things negative I could possibly say was 1) upon arrival we did see a roach - so we purchase something and put out. No major problem- I think we saw 3-4 the entire week. 2) the neighbors above us were tremendously loud night and day. To the point we actually thought they were practicing for the Olympics or remodeling. Neither one of these things kept us from having a great week. Thank you!!
