We had a great time .A lot of room for our entire family.The pier was broken so I reported it and they came right out and fixed it .The only negative was the day of check out the next family was there to check in before 10am said "they were friends of the family" I did meet the owner this year he was very nice.

This condo was just perfect! Great location super clean, staff was awesome w has no issues at all. Beds were so comfortable we have stayed in other places and have come back home with issues with our backs. We would definitely come back and stay again. Only issue we had was with the pool gate it’s really annoying when guest come in and out it slams and if you have smalll children napping it will wake them up. I would recommend that getting fixed.

We really enjoyed our stay. Afterdeck 105 is probably the nicest condo I’ve stayed at, in my 15 years going to Garden City. Clean, updated, well stocked, I felt like I was staying in a friends home, not a rental. The location is great, views were amazing, and most important, the beds were comfortable!

Love Surfmaster. Right on the beach and every unit has a fantastic view of the ocean. Easy beach access. We were there 4th of July week so busier than usual, but even then we never had to wait long for the elevator. Had a leak in the ceiling and maintenance was very quick to respond. Only down fall is parking. If you get back late at night there might not be a space so we had to street park a few nights.

First time renting through Garden City Realty - the experience was great. The staff was friendly & helpful. We arrived early and the house was ready, so we didn't have a wait. The location of the house is perfect, it's just a short walk to the beach. There was 6 of us and we had plenty of room.
We did have some issues with the pool - the pump was not working correctly (it would not run) & was in constant need of cleaning - we called & the pool cleaner was there within 5 minutes. They cleaned the pool & it did ok, but the next day same issue. There is a tree on the other side of the fence and that was another part of the problem with keeping the pool clean.
Overall we had a great stay and will definitely rent from Garden City Realty again.

New Kensington

Overall the property was nice. Spacious enough for 14 people. Clean and had a pretty good view of the ocean from the front balconies. Also very close to beach access. The only negative I will say is the pool and hot tub could have been vacuumed better or maybe more often during the week.

We had a very nice stay. There were a few things that need to be repaired but nothing that disrupted our stay.

Condo is awesome. We had a wonderful week. Condo is wonderfully stock in the kitchen. Lots of updates. Very clean. The only negative was a basket of dirty towels in the laundry closet and the gate was not locked outside which let folks not staying there use the boardwalk to the beach. Took away from our privacy. We have stayed at this complex for 6 years and planned next summer yesterday. Great place to make family memories.

We loved the house and the location. Super close to the beach and we rented a golf cart from a local spot that made the experience even more fabulous. The house was very clean and roomy! Check-in process was a breeze!

This location was excellent for peace and quiet. It is an older complex but very well kept. The unit we stayed in could use a facelift but was very comfortable and spacious. Furnishings were old but of good quality. Love the huge pool and balcony! Will stay here again!
