We had a problem with bedbugs upon our arrival, which garden city realty addresse but put a damper on our stay The property is lovely,very well equipped and in a gorgeous location. The staff at Attalya towers is delightful and very friendly.

I rented this house for a mother daughter trip to help my daughter get through a break up, we invited our yoga instructor and her aunt and cousins. ALL GIRLS. This house had EVERYTHING. I have never stayed in a better place. I have been renting in Garden city for 20 years. This place is LOADED. The Kitchen stuff, Outside grill Charcoal was even provided. I was respectful and made sure I replaced what we used. It made it really easy so I was not running the first day at the store. I could go at my leisure.

We have rented the same property for the last 3 yrs.and everything works out well for my family. I used to own Unit 605 and Garden City helped me sell when I was ready a few years ago. I just enjoy the property so we continue to stay there for vacation. We just need more parking, biggest drawback.
