The property is in a terrific location with great views of the ocean, especially the sun rises. Close to restaurants featuring fresh caught seafood as well as day trips to Georgetown and Charleston. The Condo is up to date in every room, especially the bathrooms and kitchen !!!

This was our second winter in this home . As the same as last year we really enjoyed our stay. When we moved in it was a great experience cleaning was fantastic and we made our selfs at home instantly. Close to the beach made our daily routine walking on the beach an easy walk. WE really loved the condo. However the building was under construction the entire month. We had no privacy and our view was obstructed. We did get a small reimbursement but it did not make up for disruption

We had a 3 bedroom unit, directly on the beach, overlooking the pool. Fantastic location for walking on the beach, walking on the road or to the restaurants just down the road. The unit itself is OK. It had some updates, such as some furniture and flooring, but bathrooms need definitely require updating. There were a few issues that required fixing, Garden City Realty Maintenance was excellent and prompt to fix the issues. The kichen lacked some basics, such as a pot to cook in, canopener and othe minor things normaly in a kitchen. We provided a list to Garden City Realty and within 2 hours, we had everthing we requested.
Overall, we had a pleasant experience at Unit 102, Ocean Cove. ( We would not recommend the property to a friend in the current state, as it requires some updates. Once updates were completed, we would definitely recommend property.)

Adams Center

WE have stayed in the same condo for a few years now and enjoyed it. With the changes the owner has made in the last few years we have decided it was time to move as it was no longer comfortable for us on the balcony with the change in seating. We would spend so much time out there and this year it was something we were not able to do. You should update your pictures.
