Loved this house and the views from the screened in porch! A very comfortable place to relax and unwind.
The day we checked in, the caretaker (John) came by and introduced himself and made sure we had his contact information in case we needed him. We had to call him on Thursday because the oven stopped working. He got in touch with the owners who ended up replacing it on Saturday! What great service!!

The Wi-Fi router and modem transformer plugs kept falling out of the socket. They were too heavy placed that way. They should have been placed in a power strip on the floor. This caused numerous outages and we had to keep replacing the plugs.

A kitchen cabinet door came off its hinge and almost struck one of us in the head. We had to call maintenance.

A safety hand bar should be placed in the master shower.

Housekeeping should keep up with the mold buildup in the master shower.

Great Falls

Knot Sailing was a beautiful house. We enjoyed our stay there there was plenty of room for our family. The kitchen is awesome. Enjoyed sitting in rocking chairs on the big front porch house was clean checking in and out was great.

Sandy shores 209 provided us with everything we needed for our week in Garden was clean and the kitchen well stocked.Nice pool for the kids.

We love GCR. I was dumb and booked Saturday to Friday not Sat to Sat like I normally do. As we were having a drink by the pool Friday, my phone rings and someone asks if we're okay because all our stuff is still in the room. I explain the mistake I made and they accommodated us and let us stay the extra day. To say we appreciated that very much is an understatement. Thank you Garden City Realty for being amazing and kind. We'll be back very soon!!

Great location for both Myrtle Beach and Murrells Inlet. Very convenient for golfing, great beach. Beautifully renovated. Has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Will be renting again. Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed our stay- however the complex is getting very “ tired”
There was a ceiling outlet hanging down from the ceiling that may have been old telephone lines-
The condo was great overall but had no coffee table which was odd and inconvenient and although the kitchen was good overall there were NO serving dishes or nice serving utensils.
It is frustrating that after long trips the realty does not call/text about entry, it would be really nice to be able to get in if INDEED the property would be ready.
