We have stayed at The Beach House for years and years. We always feel like we are "home" when we drive up. The property is clean and well stocked. We love the location because our grandchildren love for us to walk to the arcade and Sam's. And my husband and I love to walk on the Garden City Pier. MY FAMILY AND I HAD A GREAT TIME AT SURFMASTER BY THE SEA. THE CONDO WAS VERY NICE, CLEAN AND LARGER THAN SOME OF THE PREVIOUS CONDO'S WE STAYED IN. IT'S LOCATED IN GARDEN CITY AREA AND IT'S CONVENIENT TO ALL LOCATIONS, IT WAS ARE FIRST TIME STAYING IN THE SOUTHERN PART OF " MYRTLE BEACH " AND FOR THE SIZE OF THE CONDO AND LOCATION WE WILL STAY AGAIN!

Great stay! This place was so nice and perfect for four people. Very clean and included linens which was a plus. Nicely updated and great price for an oceanfront stay. Walking distance to Garden City pier. Easy to book with Garden City Realty and very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again!

This was my first time to stay and it was wonderful. Great Location. The condo was very clean, the ocean views was fantastic . The team work from the staff was the best (Lifeguards, security guards, office and all the other staff members hard work was appreciated.I will be back and I will share with my friends.

Bobby Streett was the most welcoming southern we have met to date! Moving from Massachusetts in a pandemic and with a housing market that is crazy was not easy, but then we met Bobby. He was extremely knowledgeable of the area and the RE market; in addition, he gave us great referrals to help us move. In the end we ended up building a home on Pawley’s and Bobby was by our side the entire time. If you want the best agent then contact Bobby! Thanks Bobby!

Not a great kitchen if you plan to do a lot of cooking. All appliances are old, including washer and dryer. Cooking utensils need to be replaced. $20 at the dollar store would really help this situation. i.e. Bought a can opener since the one in the unit failed us.
TVs in all rooms are great, decorated nicely, furniture is very comfortable and new. Loved the recliner and the view from it!!

Great property. Management company was extremely responsive and helpful with all questions. Do think there should be window blinds in the bathrooms and a vacuum. Admittedly a pretty great place if these are my only two “complaints.”

Nice place. Only thing would change is to have deadbolt replaced. It was very difficult to lock and unlock at times.
