Had a great stay with very few problems. The toaster didn’t work very good. The tv in the main bedroom has a short in the cable going to the tv. I got it to work, with some ——— rigging, had to several nights. Drain was really slow in master bath. All these were little things to us, but might need attention.

This condo was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location was perfect! We wish that our check-in would have been earlier than 7:00 PM as we did lose some vacation time, but the management company was very apologetic. I would definitely recommend this property to friends.

We have stayed at several properties in the Garden City / Surfside area(changing as our family grows!!). This is by far one of the BEST!!! The location, size, pool and furnishing could not have been better. The front porch is AWESOME. Very spacious and a great view. The Grandkids loved having their dinner out there!!! We have already put in a tentative reservation for next year.

I needed to sell my home quickly and Drew Dellinger did just that. He worked very hard with the bank etc. and my home was sold in a very reasonable time. Unit 908 is a newly refurbished condo at the Surfmaster. It was beautiful and I'm very happy it was open the week we were visiting. We were fortunate to see the orange orb lights over the ocean on one night of our stay.... we understand they are a common occurrence now a days. This is a safe, quiet (well as much as can be expected bike week)clean resort that we have been staying at since the early 90's. Easy access to Murrells Inlet and the Gulf Stream Diner is 5 minutes away. Walk in shower was a plus for us due to limited mobility. Love the decks...spent hours sea watching. This will be our go to unit when we need a 3 bedroom.

Brought my Mom who is 89 years old for our annual stay at the beach! We enjoyed staying at Sea Banks, condo # 302, it was very nice & we loved the screened in porch & view! Plan to come back again soon, since its the only place to get away with all this virus stuff going on. Nothing like a sunny vacation to enjoy GOD's beautiful gift of the beach & sunlight! Thanks!

The house was perfect, this is the 2nd time staying there. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great. The elevator was a big plus. Garden City Realty was great to work with, if we come back to Myrtle we would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Myrtle.

We had an enjoyable stay. The pool was too cold. The ocean was much warmer, but half if us had a medical condition that didn't allow us to go in the ocean. Minor things needed improved, but overall, a awesome place to stay. Thanks so much.

The process was easy and the location was perfect. The furniture was a bit worn, 3 grey felt chairs has damaged legs; we couldn't use them. The dresser in the room with 2 beds has broken draws and the veneer on the night table was cracking.
