We have rented this condo 3 times now, I still have not seen any improvement in the kitchen area with pots and pans that I have commented on before. Also the new energy mgmt. system will not let you control the AC at night as the system is set-up to not allow overrides. That is unacceptable. Great location, ample space, great views. I think I'll try another location after this visit.

I always have enjoyed visiting Garden City Beach, my favorite vacation spot. I have been coming here for 25 + years, and hope to return again soon. This is and was a Christmas Vacation Gift for My Mother, 2 Daughter's 1 Son-In-Law and 2 Grandkids. As described described in the explanation provided by Garden City Realtors. Older beach house but well maintained. Great screen rear porch. Enjoyed the newly rebuilt dock and gazebo on the creek. Boat landing/launch was a definite plus (be careful during low tide as water maybe too low to use safely). As stated, older beach house so it is a little dated and could use newer appliances, televisions, and furniture but don't let that stop you as I still love this place.
