Knocked out of the park with this one. Whole family loved this place. Awsome view! Nice kitchen, clean, perfect for two couples. The room is great the building is older and could use an update. There are three elivators but only one goes all the way down to the pool and beach. The pools were okey but not as clean as I would like. The parking deck is tight and a pain when you try to pass a monster truck suv because you can't. Better practice driving backwards. Will do again for sure if we go to Myrtle again.

Denise is great! We purchased Beach House 311 thru her 4 years ago and now have sold it and purchased Sea Master 314 thru her. Because of Denise, we will be returning to Garden City Realty as our rental agent after a year with another realtor. Thanks Denise!

Fabulous - loved the condo and address. We would love to have a vacuum cleaner next year when we rent again as well as the ability to recycle our bottles/cardboard and other items.

The building was very well kept and maintained. Security was well maintained. Parking even in late Sept was very tight. I cannot imagine how it would be in peak months. The unit itself 203, was average. The air conditioning was at best struggling to keep the unit at 78 degrees. The unit needs carpet cleaned and a general overall cleaning. Sliding doors need oiling as well as front bedroom windows ( queen bed ), which were almost inoperable. This unit has the possibility of being a five star rental with its location, view of ocean and amenity's provided by the complex. It needs a upgrade, leather chairs in living room were worn on arms. You had to place a blanket on them. Again this unit could be a Five star unit with upgrades. TV in living room was outdated and on its last legs. The cable TV system Time Warner was horrible. It really would not cost much from paint to some new furnishing upgrades to make this unit truly amazing. Grounds keeper was punctual every morning, pleasant and seemed to care about his job and took pride in it

This is a great rental. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. We did have an issue with the pool being too hot, the pool felt like a hot tub most of our time there. Hopefully this can be fixed for future renters that are staying during the summer. Other than that, this rental was perfect for us.

We loved the people that were also staying at this condo location. Very friendly and informative of where to go to further enjoy our stay. We would definitely return to this site again as we had a very restful and peaceful stay yet it was close to many other sites to have a wonderful fun time.

We had a GREAT overall stay!!! The vacation rental was in a perfect location! The home was mostly clean and mostly in good shape. The small refrigerator for drinks was not working when we arrived, one of the shower doors was out of its track, and one shower was not draining properly. But these concerns were responded to quickly and thoroughly by vacation rental staff! The house did not have enough flatware to serve 16 people (the capacity of the house), but we purchased plasticware to fill in the gaps. Vacation rental management staff was extremely helpful and responded quite quickly to all of our concerns!! Thank you to Garden City Realty!

We stay at Surf Maaster every year, especially enjoy it for the World Amatuer Golf. Guys do the golf and the girls stay on the beach and go shopping. Location is great for any activity.Terrific view. We are now making plans for next year.

As usual we had a great time! For the most part we really enjoyed our stay. I do wish there was a useable outdoor grill and the kitchen water pressure was poor. The house was very clean!
