Al & Ellen RMurrells Inlet, SCOur family has done business with Garden City Realty for over 25 years, either as a renter or property owner. Dennis McElveen has always managed GCR with the highest integrity, putting renters and property owners first.
LouisvilleWe have been to Garden City multiple times and this is the first time we stayed on the second row. The rental was clean and convenient to the beach and the pier the walk was a little long to the pier but not for my family. There were adequate kitchen supplies for us to use but kitchen space was small. Even though that was a problem at times we will not let it keep us from staying there in the future
John R.Stauntongreat house and location - perfect for what i wanted -
been staying in that area for 40 years. the outside back porch lights didnt work or we could not figure how to turn them on . only outside lights in front that worked were front porch light and light up stairs. very dark from car to steps and we had 2 people in their 90's. those are very minor but you may want to seee why they dont work .
Calvin B.N ChesterfieldWe just returned from staying at PortofinoIII 321-A in Surfside Beach, SC. We-being grandparents and daughter with her family: Husband and two teenagers. Great wide beach with no undertow-water still somewhat warm even though it was October. Pool still open for use in the complex. Cottage is in a great location with easy access to the beach. We used a rented beach buggy to carry chairs, boards, etc to the beach. Nice to have the ramp next to the cottage. The cottage is very well maintained with almost every thing needed (had to use a cookie sheet for a pizza pan-lol). Nice to have towels, washcloths, etc., furnished. We were able to have the beds made before arrival by calling Garden City Realty and paying a very small fee for the service. Once the AC went out in the night. When we called Garden City Realty the next morning, they had a technician out in a few hours to fix it. Otherwise HVAC worked very well. Furniture, amenities, etc., at the cottage were modern and up to date. Seemed to be recently painted. Need to mentioned that the first floor bedroom has two twin beds. We had been using a east-west beach in NC for years, but too many red flag days recently. I had remembered the MB beaches being somewhat calm, so we looked for a cottage in the Garden City area. Loved it! Walked to Bubba's fish shack for seafood (4 tenths of a mile north of the cottage). Had Hotdogs from Sam's Corner Diner (2 miles south). Enjoyed the beach each day--never a red flag day. Ate on the deck at the cottage for breakfast to enjoy the view and hear the waves. Under cottage parking a little tight for large vehicles, but not an issue. Additional parking in the complex. Hopefully we can return in the late spring of 2022.
CummingFully equipped kitchen with all sort equipment. Dog poo in elevator lobby
Kim B.She was knowledgeable and responsive to all our needsWe loved working with Robin. She was knowledgeable and responsive to all our needs throughout the buying process. We definitely recommend using her as your agent!
Kara T.GreerWe had an amazing week. Five of us were able to comfortably stay in this unit since the second bedroom has twin over double bunk beds. All major appliances worked, kitchen was well stocked and you can't beat the location. We will be back!
Tim C.CORNINGWould highly recommend this property
Leanne D.MelancthonWe have rented the Sunspree many times and other then some issues one year, have been very happy with it. The backyard and location is amazing and each time we come we can see they've upgraded items within the house as well. Great family vacation home!
Scott T.Rock HillThe location was great! The condo was well equipped and very clean. It was furnished very nicely and pictured accurately. My family would have enjoyed the TV package to be a little better with more channel choices. Other than that everything was great.
RaleighOverall a great experience. New and clean, and well furnished. Great location and plenty of parking. My one nitpick were the televisions and third party channel services. Perhaps we did not know how to use the services but I could not get local channels or any paid TV service for sports. I think for the price some basic service with local channels should be included. Other than that the home was nearly perfect.
Nicholas M.DurhamWe've been staying at CW III for at least 9 years same unit with the exception of one year when the unit moved management companies. GC Rentals is some much better to deal with and the unit is still our favorite. The only MAJOR downside with with CW III is the parking. Even if you have a green tag you're luck if you get a spot at the complex and if your don't you have to park at the overflow a block away. Not sure how people are getting away with more than one (sometimes 3) green parking passes for the same unit.
