The mattress on the king sz bed was VERY comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other items. The unit did not have a DVD player in the living area. It would be great to have curtains instead of the very aggravating blinds in the living area as well as the master bedroom. Rental listing from Garden City Rentals stated renters had use of owners personal beach items, i.e. beach chairs, umbrellas, etc., which was not true. Good thing we brought our own items!!

Overall, we highly recommend this unit!!!!

We love Rucker Cottage! It was our 3rd summer vacation on this property, and it has gotten better every year. We have 13-15 family members with us each year, and there is plenty of room to spread out yet still be close together. The homeowners continue to make things nicer with updates to the home every year, and we plan to return every summer that we can!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the VIP House. The floor plan is wonderful for 2 families, because there are 2 master bedrooms and the balcony can serve as another living space upstairs. The house is located so near to the pier that it gives young teens the freedom to walk to the arcade and eating places. The furnishings were very nice. My only suggestion would be to fix the dryer. It took several cycles to dry clothes. However, it was still one of the best vacations we have ever had. Thanks GC Realty and VIP House!

BETTER THAN EXPECTED!

Our family of 24 found a very clean and inviting two identical levels of rooms and fully supplied kitchens. Everyone enjoyed the private swimming pool with enough chairs for most everyone. The beach was a short walk. We got our exercise going up and down steps between levels. There was a step elevator but for some reason it wasn’t working. That would have really helped with our one disabled person. The Garden City Realty people were very accommodating.

Booked this condo for the week for a girls trip, gorgeous views and perfect weather. I was so sad that I couldn’t book it for 2024 family vacation because it was a Sunday to Sunday rental for 2024. But maybe in 2025.
