Great getaway vacation. Keyless entry was the best feature. No need to stop by office just go directly to rental house. View is great and the higher chairs make seeing over the deck rails a lot easier. Will be coming back again.

The house was gorgeous, wonderful location and accommodations were great. Small complaints - central air speed working but was fixed the next day, a mop had top be brought to us and the disposal clogged once. The experience was priceless. We would definitely rent this house again.

This is the second time we have stayed at Pier-adise, we loved it so much the first time that we had to have it again. We are a vendor during the bike rallys and this house is perfect for us and within walking distance to so many things we love to do. We will definitely be staying there for as long as they will have us during the rallys. Thanks so much for being so easy to work with and providing us with an amazing house that has everything we needed and more.

Great place to stay, we had a great time, loved the pool under the deck, had sunshine and shade, best of both worlds and of course the beach was just steps away! House was clean and had everything you need for cooking! Property manager was great and very helpful!

We were very pleasantly surprised that the unit was even nicer in person than the pictures depict. Garden City Realty is always easy and great to deal with, we use this rental company often. The building itself on the outside, the balconies and the stairwell inside are in desperate need of attention. We were completely satisfied with our unit but disappointed in the condition of the complex as a whole. I would stay here again but only in the newly renovated units

Very nice unit, but we wished we had known before that the master bedroom was 2 flights up from the other bedrooms. It was a bit of an issue with 2 toddlers. Also the college kids in unit 112 had a dog who wouldn't stop barking. Besides that the management company was very responsive to a sink issue.

This was our third visit to this condo. As usual, we had a great experience. The only complaints were a running toilet and TV remotes that worked less than ideally. My only suggestion for an improvement would be to put a lounge on the deck so I could nap! Also, we missed having an ice cream scoop!
