Our family has stayed at the JIMMELLOU for several years and always have a wonderful experience. A few suggestions would be to fix upstairs shower door, downstairs shower head and tub drain and we have noticed floor in upstairs bathroom is spongy in front of sink. This year we noticed some of the wood under walkway has fallen. May want to check on this. Our week was relaxing and are looking forward to returning next year.

This condo unit is fabulous!!! Honestly the entire unit was great and we have no complaints. Would recommend some small tables for the balcony to have a place to sit you drink. We went to Walmart and bought a couple but of course we brought those home.

Generally a very good experience. Office personnel were very nice and helpful during reservation process and when reporting issues. Quick and easy check-in and check-out. Home was well equipped with furniture. Kitchen was the best equipped kitchen of any home that we have rented in the Myrtle Beach area. Very minor issues: 1) Floor could have been cleaned better - dust and sand under the furniture. 2)Problem with ants but that could happen anywhere in the summer. 3) Slow water leak under kitchen sink, silverware drawer was broken and 1 rocking chair on deck was broken. Would rent this home again (hoping that issues have been addressed).

the other reviews of this condo were correct in that it has not been updated, but who cares? the price was great & it was clean & in a great quiet location. Plus it is right next door to the Conch Restaurant. We would stay here again.

We loved the home and the marsh view.

The house did not however have any hangers and I had to go to Walmart to buy some. The dishwasher smelled fishy and the oven door would come open while it was hot which made us worry the children would get burned,

Just a little feedback. Sorry mostly negative - I hope it didn't come off like we didn't love the house because we really did.

Garden City Realty was successful in having tenants lined up

Frances and I built our beach house in Garden City Beach in 1976. While the house was under construction, we engaged Garden City Realty to list the house for rent that summer. Garden City Realty was successful in having tenants lined up as soon as the house was completed. The house was completed on the day our youngest daughter was born. At that time we had a family of three young children. Since that time we continued with successful summer rentals. Not only did Garden City Rental bring us a good component of rental clients, it provided us with good services for repairs and maintenance over the years. Now our family has grown to three married children who have blessed us with nine grandchildren.

This is our 3rd year staying in Waterforde 403 and we love the location. It is right on the beach and has it's own pool. The only down sides are the couch is almost unusable because the cushions are so flat and the beds are so loud. One upgrade I would suggest would be an area rug around the beds to help manage the salt and sand that inevitably will make its way into the beds.

The condo was awesome, well stocked and nicely furnished. The washing machine leaked a small amount but not more than a towel could absorb. The parking was a bit tight, but the added lot across the street was well lit and seemed safe. This was the first time I have ever had my entire family together for a vacation and we all fit well and didn't seem at all crowded.

We had a great time in 908! The remodeling that was done really helped to make our time there great! The property was very clean and with the new flooring it was easier to keep them clean compared to the carpeting that was there before. The beds were great with no sagging of any kind and were very firm which made great sleeping. The new floor treatment on the balcony was just tremendous! It was easy to clean and very nice to sit on. We sincerely thank you for the great upkeep and cleanliness of Condo 908. It made our time there wonderful. The new kitchen counters and lights made it great to work in the area.

We always stay at the Beach House, but this was our first time at #305. We will definitely be back. It was very nice and decorated beautifully.
