We stayed here the first week of Oct. and had a great time. Yes it would benefit from some paint, but overall you have to remember it is the beach and also being rented out and it can.t be painted and new carpet every time it is rented.We enjoyed this condo and was very happy. The half bath commode does need new insides and it will cut your water bill drastically as we didn.t realize it was running all the time till it had been going all day. We will rent again.

The unit was very nice - kitchen could use some updates especially the stove. Only complaint is there is a lot of people hanging in the hot tub all evening and the living room of the condo looks right out on it. Otherwise it was very nice. We really enjoyed our week.

Knowledgeable and friendly

Drew had great knowledge of the areas we were interested in. We ask many questions and he was always extremely helpful. He always made himself available. Drew had wonderful contacts for other areas like banking, legal firms, etc. and all of them were great to work with. We had some very specific requests and Drew was able to fulfill them. His overall customer service skills where excellent. My Wife and I would use Drew again and will suggest him to friends and family. You really couldn't pick a better real estate professional.

Beautiful view of the marsh at all times of day. The wildlife was great to view. The beach just a short walk. Would love to stay again.
The home did a few repairs, bathroom floor, towel bar in one of the bathrooms kept falling.
Overall, great, however.

Drew is simply the best!

Drew (Dellinger) is simply the best! We contacted Drew when we started thinking about selling, he helped us decide what was worth spending our money on to prepare to sell and helped us come up with a timeline that worked for our family (2 young children) and finances. His knowledge of the market trends was impressive and because of that he had the ability to help us price our house properly to get multiple high offers. We ended up closing with a cash offer 10% higher than our list price. Our house was also a starter home, so although Drew successfully works with million dollar homes, we never once felt that we were lesser than or that our small house wasn’t his priority. Thank you Drew for rolling out the red carpet for us and helping us sell our very first home!

We really loved our stay at Surf Master Penthouse F. The apartment is large and airy, with wall to wall windows in the living room, which gave a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The beds were very comfortable, there were ample towels supplied and the kitchen is well stocked with cookware and utensils. If you plan on cooking, you will have to bring your own condiments and spices, as the cupboards and fridge were completely empty. This probably was partly due to Covid precautions, and was therefore understandable. The only minor drawback was that there were no lamps at all in the unit. Having a bedside lamp by which to read would have been a nice touch. Overall, we loved our week here and would readily recommend it and book it again if we find ourselves in Garden City.
