We love this beachfront building! There are only eight units, so it's quiet and cozy. The backyard pool area is well landscaped to feel like a private backyard. The screened-in porch overlooking the ocean adds another spacious living space to enjoy watching sunrises and the peacefulness of ocean views. The back deck is great for marsh views. The extra access to the fishing pier across the street at Inlet Point is a great amenity - fishing and sunset views! Our unit was clean, attractive and comfortable.

Norm Clay is the best from start to finish! I moved to Myrtle Beach from California so my time looking was spent online quite a bit but I did fly out to SC twice. Even though the first offer I gave fell through (no fault of mine), Norm stayed on everything until I could find another house I liked. He was 100% up front with me on everything. He didn't try selling me something just to sell it. He really cared about me being happy and getting a good home. He was my eyes when I couldn't be here in person. We had a wonderful experience at BH203!! Will definitely re-rent, hopefully for same week next year!! Only negatives were kitchen supplies as we cook in most meals...searched for cutting board, pasta collander, larger cutting knife, tupperware storage bowls. But unit was perfect otherwise!! SurfMaster condo is a great place! Can’t beat the oceanfront location. We like the area SurfMaster is well kept and we never have had any problems. The unit we rented is very nice. Loved the rocking chairs on the oceanfront balcony. We’d like to see updated kitchen dish ware as all the mugs were chipped. Minor complaint!

Excellent spot, beautiful view, amazing condo! We have always rented houses but there was only our immediate family and not extended like usual so the condo was perfect for us. Despite their concerns for guest over short staffing due to pandemic issues, Surfmaster was safe, well maintained, clean, had a friendly staff and accommodating. Special thanks to Garden City Rental - their updated methods made the transaction from start to finish so painless and super easy with new technology and electronic check in etc. Literally a breeze! We were so impressed with everything! This unit is a gem. The owners have pride and it shows. Thank you for opening your home. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!
