House was in prime location on the beach. House was clean upon arrival. The master bathroom could use a little update on it but all in all we enjoyed our week. We did have to buy some terro and throw away some food in the cupboards due to ants polluting but they cleared up after 2nd day.

Very enjoyable. My family and I had a great time. The unit was updated and easy to use as a home. The only negative was that there was no closet in the queen bedroom. The closet was being used as an owner’s lock closet. Recommend a small clothing rack for the room.

Our experience with the condo was wonderful! We had minor issues with telephone, a missing kettle and a microwave that decided to stop working and the Garden City Realty customer service was excellent. They dealt with all of these issues with no inconvenience to us and to 100% of our satisfaction. I would suggest that the owner invest in minor repairs and changes to make the condo even more appealing. Paint the ceiling in the master bedroom bathroom (water stains on ceiling), change the floor under the washer, buy new cutlery and pots and pans. But in spite of that, the condo was spacious, bright, clean with an AWESOME view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone and would definitely rent it again.

This was our 2nd year at this location. The items we identified as deficiencies in 2011 were all corrected and the house was in much better shape than last year. A couple of suggestions to make it even better:

Add a nice charcoal or gas grill (the existing charcoal grills were falling apart)

Add some heavy duty furniture to the back deck. The plastic chairs are flimsy and we had one break on us. The back deck is really nice in the early evenings and we enjoyed sitting out on the deck.

Fix the outside shower head closer to the beach so you can rinse off your sandy feet when you get off the beach without having to go to the lower level.

Yes we are returning for 2013!

Surf Master suite 408 is a beautiful suite, tastefully decorated throughout and well suited for families with or without children. The open floor plan keeps everyone together but yet allows for multiple activities and visiting inside and on the balcony. The main living space, kitchen and hall have a beautiful wood looking flooring that cleans up easily. The kitchen has a very nice work area/bar for prepping and serving meals. It is well equipped with pots and pans, utensils, a blender and hand mixer. The washer/dryer are a big plus! The bedrooms are also very tastefully and yet efficiently decorated for vacationeers. And the 3 bathrooms are great for large groups.

Great location and a great vacation! Room was beautiful and very spacious. The only complaint I would have is that the pool filter/heater unit is between the two buildings. Room 307 is at the end of the building next to this unit. Those fans ran 24/7 and was extremely annoying when playing on the beach and at night when trying to sleep. Not sure if anything could be done about that but that was my only complaint of the entire week. Great weather and we will definitely be back.
