Do yourself a favor call Drew!

Drew Dellinger is a true professional! If you are considering a purchase or a sale of a property on the Grand Strand do yourself a favor and call Drew first. You will not regret it. I live out of state so I was worried about completing the sale of my condo in Murrells Inlet. I had a detailed conversation with Drew prior to listing with him. Drew has a wealth of knowledge and insight that made the process of selling EZ. He has a local contractor complete some repairs for me at a reasonable price. Drew also sourced a local attorney to handle the sale too. Anytime I had a question Drew called back immediately or sent me an email. He's a down to Earth fellow too so do not hesitate to call him if you want to sell or buy a property. His website is also great too. Oh, and my property sold in a few days and the deal closed fast. The property was exactly for what we were looking for. Great location, easy to get to. We wanted something on the beach with enough rooms to accommodate our growing family. We had our own space but had enough living room are for us to come together. The Men loved having a TV in every room and the young people loved having wi-fi. Already trying to find a date we all can go this summer. :))

We just returned from what has become our annual trip to Garden City,SC. We have spent our vacation for the past four years at the Surfmaster Condominiums. We have been very satisfied with the unit. It's always well kept and clean. The only thing that I would suggest is the kitchen furnishings could be updated (it didn't bother us because we don't cook anyway, but another person might feel differently). When we go on vacation we like to eat out at the many good restaurants in the area. Our condo was very clean and comfort- able and we also enjoyed the new TV's. Thanks to all who had a part in making our stay very enjoyable. We hope to see you again next year.

Wonderful location. Loved being right on the Ocean. The condo was clean, but could use some updating. My only and biggest complaint is the elevator close to our condo was out of order. We had to carry our luggage and everything we bought Avery long way from the working elevator. Doesn’t sound that bad until you make three or four trips. We are in our 70’s and it was a hardship for us.

I would definitely stay again at the Surfmaster. The staff, especially Ramona and Drew were awesome and Jill who I worked with for the booking was especially helpful! Unit 604 was a bit disappointing. The kitchen was not fully equipped, dishwasher did not clean well, garbage disposal did not work,no phone for local calls, shower curtain in the smaller bathroom was very grungy and discovered the mattress pad on the twin pad was stained. A table for both sides of the bed and a coffee table in the living would be good additions. Minor inconveniences so all in all, a pleasant stay.

Had my daughter and family there in July for a wonderful week right on the beach. The view from this sixth floor corner condo is beautiful, and then you can look down on the wonderful large swimming pool. We all loved it.

We had an amazing time. The condo was in pristine condition and the huge balcony was the highlight of our stay. The HVAC kept the unit very cool and comfortable (this has always been a struggle for us), the beds were very comfortable and the living areas were very relaxing. It was nice to have our own hot tub, although, the early afternoon was too hot to use because of the sun exposure. Once the sun was shaded, that was the place to be! The only drawback of the unit was the bath tub situation. We have a young child and the glass doors on the tubs made it difficult to bathe her. The master bathroom was very very small also, there is a jacuzzi tub in there, but the room it's in is much to small to relax in to actually use.
This was our second time staying in this condo and it truly doesn't disappoint. If it's available for the dates you're looking, do yourself a favor and BOOK IT. You won't regret it.
