Great location, quiet, very short walk to a real nice beach. Had a couple of maintenance issues upon our arrival. Pool was filthy and not circulating. Refrigerator/freezer was not operating properly. The former was addressed by management company but not corrected. The later was addressed and corrected with a new unit being purchased and installed within 48 hours. Even with the maintenance issues noted, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would recommend Sunny Day and encourage future vacationers to consider Surfside Beach as a destination. This unit is animal friendly which added to its selection and our enjoyment.

We really loved the rental. It was quiet and clean. The home is small but has everything you need for a family of 8. Most importantly, it's on the beach and it's not an apartment or condo. It's a wonderful little home with a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean. Outside, under the home is a hammock and shower station for when you return from your daily beach adventures and 2 parking spots for your vehicles. On the patio deck, partially shaded are rocking chairs and lounge chairs for the whole family. Inside, the living room has a couch, recliner, and other comfy chairs. The kitchen/dining room has a large table for everyone to eat comfortably. The kitchen has all of the essentials for cooking. The two bedrooms have 2 double beds each. Each bedroom and the living room have cable TV. The wi-fi was pretty slow, but the value for a beach house was great. I hope to stay again.

We have stayed at One Ocean Place before- love the location, steps to the beach, This unit is very nice, updated. It is right next to the top level of the garage so easy to unload luggage, groceries. We did have a problem with the sink leaking, someone came to fix it as soon as we called. We’ll be back!

Surfmaster 805 lived up to every expectation for a wonderful vacation. This condo was immaculate and relaxing with an ocean view we only dreamed about. A short walk to Conch Cafe and a little over mile walk to the pier made this an ideal location.

Great trip! Bed was very comfortable. The unit adequately apponted. The only complaint was when we arrived the living room had been smoked in by prior renters and was very noticable.

We love Garden City! Been a favorite vacation spot for years. Loved this unit! We like that it is 2 miles away from all the action of the pier. Makes for quieter times and less crowded beaches. This unit is great. Well stocked. Plenty of seating. It was comfortable and clean! The only problem was the queen size bed in the guest room could use a new mattress, the one there is very soft and you roll to the center. The primary bedroom and the king/bunk room was very comfortable.
