Myrtle Beach

A wonderful house laid out perfectly for large gatherings! Several different sitting areas for groups. Very comfortable with upscale furnishings. Home is well kept and in beautiful condition. A few areas needing attention are tips for the pool cues and condiments such as salt, sugar and coffee! The house is perfect for a golf group or fishing and hunting stays. Would highly recommend, offers easy access to the beach without the hassle of the traffic!

We wanted to take a little mini vacation and decided to stay in Garden City at 1207 One Ocean Place. We were not disappointed in our selection of condos or Garden city. The condo was exceptionally clean and located in a great area for our plans. We absolutely loved this property. Everything from check in until check out was easy and all of the communication from property management was timely and helpful. We will definitely be booking this property again anytime we go to Myrtle Beach. You will not be disappointed if you book this property. I only hope that you and your family have as great of an experience as we did.

Overall great vacation. Condo was clean and comfortable. Owner stopped by for some measurements to do further upgrades on secondary bedroom and kitchen. Kitchen is definitely ready for an update but it was functional and well equipped so no complaints from us. The view of the ocean trumps anything negative you could find. Breathtaking views! Parking and access to beach were a little complicated but it’s probably the best they could do with tight space. One hot tub was under construction while we were there but we never use it anyway so that didn’t put us out at all.

The weather was ok until are last week then we had some warmer sunny days. The view from our condo was great, the condo for us was nice the second bedroom had a bottom bunk that was full and that mattress really. should be replaced our daughter tried to sleep there but it was not comfortable. Not really the correct amt of forks we bought some and left them there. Also very few small spoons but ok. Other than that our stay was fine.

Just returned from our second stay at Compass Rose. We love this complex,our unit was very clean and fresh ! Love the pool and beach access. Great neighborhood with 2 dining options in walking distance. Hope to see you next year ! Thank you Garden City Realty for another fantastic vacation.

As always, 3rd time renting, a great place to stay. 4bedrooms, 3 baths. Heated pool, hot tub and location by the ocean. What more could you want. Already re-booked for next year.

We rented this unit for a family vacation to celebrate my mothers 85th birthday. We picked Garden City because the beach is easier to navigate for her than others. We have used Garden City Realty many times and they are always professional and great to work with. This is by far our favorite unit we have ever stayed in. The location is great. The unit was well designed and beautifully decorated. The location and view were spectacular. She was able to sit on the wraparound porch and feel like she was on the beach even on the days that she didn't feel like making it down onto the beach with us. The building has great security and is easily accessible for handicap. I would give this 5 stars if the kitchen was better organized and had better cookware. We like to be able to stay on the beach late and then come in and cook together and then relax and play games. The cookware was terrible and needs to be updated so we did very little cooking. On a positive note, one of our favorite restaurants The Conch Cafe is within walking distance (in the adjacent parking lot). One other disappointing thing was the mattresses. They need to be replaced. However, We would definately stay here again and had a wonderful vacation.

Wonderful accommodations with magnificent views. Staff on site are friendly and helpful as - of course at Garden City Realty who responded quickly to to question we had. The environmental services staff are thorough and made check in quick and easy.
Never a question on where to stay and with whom to make reservations.

Very comfy furniture and bed. But could use better quality pillows. Beautiful view. Nice and comfy balcony furniture. Kitchen well equipped, Handy and easy to use drier to dry towels and bathing suits. Had only one beach chair and flimsy umbrella to use on the beach. Overall a very satisfying stay.
