The whole process was seamless. Garden City made the reservation and rental process so easy and enjoyable . The keyless entry is wonderful . They provided links to rent chairs and have groceries delivered. Our vacation started the minute we opened the door. We didn’t waste any time going to the store! The house was a lovely 4 bedroom beach home with private pool. Very happy with our stay and Garden City Realty!

The layout of the house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was VERY well stocked. Furniture all very comfortable. For a house that holds that many people out really should have 2 fridges and a bigger dishwasher. And my grandkids said a house named flamingo should be pink not yellow. Situated perfectly near the beach access. Some deferred maintenance. We had to change the air duct filters- they were caked. And the AC stopped and required cleaning while we were there. But overall a VERY comfortable and convenient vacation stay. We would definitely book again.

Our family had a lovely time at Sunset Dreams. The guys were happy with the boat in the backyard to go fishing anytime and the ladies loved the quick easy walk across the street to the beach. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time staying at Actually Ours and it didn’t disappoint. Love that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. After a hot day at the beach, so nice yo have the pool to jump in and socialize with family.

Browns Summit

We rent this house every year and enjoy it so much. It works for our family of 8 adults and 6 kids. The updated pool was so nice and they are always updating the house. Highly recommend this property.
