We had a wonderful family (3 families, 10 people total) vacation over July 4th week! Loved everything about Flying Geese. The only issue we had was that the lift didn’t work all week, and it would have been a great help to have it operational especially on the days of arrival and departure.
John, the home manager, was attentive and quick to respond to the few questions we had.
We’ve booked it again for next year!

Loved the house and close proximity to the beach!! Having the pool was so much fun!
I have two recommendations. I would add more silverware. Not enough basics like forks and small spoons for the number of people the house accommodates. Also, the pool itself was clean and great but the decking around the pool was dirty with debris and weeds growing up in the cracks of the patio. You could tell it had not been swept good in quite a while. Over in the corners a lot of debris built up and under the lounge chairs there were cobwebs hanging. The decking going up the stairs also showed a lot of aging. Actually, one of the boards under the steps in front of the pool pump was broken in half.
Overall, great stay and experience. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was prefect. Loved having an ocean view.
Bedding needed replaced. But that was the only thing that needed replaced. Everything else was great.

Gorgeous views from the tenth floor. Easy entrance with key pad. Security at gate was friendly and helpful with new procedures for entering pool and beach area. We adapted to it quickly. We have stayed at One Ocean Place many times and will again. The location by the Conch Cafe is perfect for grabbing lunch when we first arrive. The Condo is located almost exactly halfway between the two piers making it great for walking north or south to the piers. Probably the best moment was the phone call when our unit was ready at 2:30. What a pleasant surprise. Only complain - we couldn't stay longer.

The only negative is that we killed three cockroaches inside the house. I had a condo in Murrells INLET FOR TEN year and never seen one round my property. I believe that is because we had a bug service

We had a very nice week. Condo was very clean and spacious. The condo was very dated, still has carpet in most rooms. But the cleanliness of the condo was fabulous. The parking is gated which was wonderful. Only issue with parking started midweek and our second car didn’t have parking space in the extra lot. The pools are very nice. Grounds are nice and clean. The condo has an ice maker which is wonderful.

The unit was perfect for me and my husband! Very neat and clean! The only thing I will complain about is the parking. We had no parking spot for two whole days. Thank goodness we have some friends that own a house three blocks away. Once we finally got a parking spot we were scared to leave, knowing we would lose it. We saw many vehicles parked without a parking pass. If you don't have a parking pass or don't have it where it is visible, then tow the vehicle or the resort needs a overflow parking area, just a suggestion.

This was our second year staying at the beach house. We love the property with its proximity to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ashley at garden city reality went above and beyond to help us when we needed help with a few things upon check in. Her kindness truly made our trip. We will be retuning to our favorite place in the future!

The overall experience was very good. The check in procedure and late evening check in time could be improved. The biggest complaint we had is the lack of communication concerning repair and service people appointments. The last two years we've rented, we have had several repair people just appear with no warning, knock, and if we don't get to the door immediately, they all just unlock our door and come in! That needs changed! It is very unsafe and unsettling to realize other people have keys to your rental. My cell number is on file and we should have been made aware these people were on their way. Otherwise, our experience was great.
