Loved our stay at "Sea Forever". It is a beautiful home in a fantastic location. The views are amazing. The house is decorated and stocked as someone's home, as opposed to a rental. Our family spent hours fishing and taking pictures on the private dock. We have stayed in many houses and condos over the years, but this was the best.

The Summer House (Clinkscales) was located right across the street from the was very very clean and perfect size for me and 3 kids. I never met the owner, but Pam from Harden City realty was fantastic, she provided excellent customer service. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND the house to family and friends. WE went to broadway on the beach and shopped, road Rollercoaster, visited the wax museum, we rode go carts, they even gave us helicopter ride to see all around Myrtle Beach!! We loved it and we will be back next year for sure. Thank You Garden City Realty for helping us have a wonderful family Vacation.

We found several roaches in kitchen.
House needs a thorough cleaning. Not real dirty but needs dusting. Elevator has mold. Trash not picked up on Thursday as stated.

We loved it! What a joy! The place was clean and comfortable. Liked how there were cleaning supplies labeled so we knew we could use them. Thought we would be beachside, though, because of the advertising. Would have preferred ocean front, like it was described. Overall, an excellent vacation! Thank you!

Pam has been beyond helpful and puts up with my calling numerous times a day. She went the extra step of answering questions I had before I even asked them, and she also explored other helpful options that I had not even thought of. THIS WOMAN IS AMAZING!!

We had a great stay at this beach house. Checking in went very smoothly, and the staff was very helpful in letting us know the details for the house. There was an excellent view being right on the beach, and there was a pool for the kids. The location was very quiet and relaxing. There were several places to go that were a short drive away, such as seafood restaurants, Broadway at the Beach, and various other attractions. The only improvements could be to have more kitchen items (pots/pans and potholders), and a bigger toaster. Overall, we had a great stay and our family enjoyed the time here!

If the weather had cooperated with us our trip would have been perfect. Great location and amenities, the unit was amazing. Noticed a lot of changes since last summer at Royal Gardens itself which were all for the best. Highly recommend Royal Gardens and unit 1211.
