Very nice property for a large group. Conditions and amenities were generally very good. Some minor maintenance needed on sliding doors and light bulbs. Shared pool is somewhat small if both units have a lot of kids, but it worked well for us. Great location with less crowded beach than area to the north or around the piers. We will consider this unit again in the future. Had a great week, wish it had been 2.

We loved our stay! It was in a perfect location, a short walk to the pier and local restaurants. Our condo was clean and accommodated the five of us. Loved leaving the window open at night to hear the ocean!

We had a great time staying at this house. We have stayed a few others but this is our favorite. It is close to everything but far enough away that it is very quiet and not very crowded on the beach. The staff at Garden City Realty was very courteous and helpful.

This was our first family trip with our 10 month old and it was such a great experience. We had a maintenance issue when we arrived and a maintenance man was there in literally 10 mins and had everything taken care of. Everyone was pleasant and great to deal with from making the reservations to checking in. I would highly recommend Surf Master to friends and family esp. room 205. It was very clean, nicely decorated and the view from the balcony was just perfect. Our first family trip was a success!!

Our 2nd year in the house. A good week. The small bedroom next to the the large room upstairs we could not sleep in due to too warm temperature. There was a strong musty smell downstairs In the small bathroom next to the master bedroom...and some in the kitchen. The updates in the kitchen were nice, and we noticed a new paint job inside that was colorful and clean. We had an ant infestation in and around the hot after 2 visits from the pest control, we did not get to use it during the week. The pool was nice and clean, and the pool guys came 3 times. Garden City Reality responded quickly to calls from us about several needs in the that was a real plus!! We like the house, and the quiet 8sth street location.

Beautiful roomy Condo. Equipped with everything you need except a hairdryer. Awesome views! The only negative was light in master bedroom at night from pool lighting, but only because the room is lined with windows covered by a white plastic shade, which allowed for a beautiful view during the daytime.

I can honestly say, my experience with Garden City Realty has been nothing short of exceptional. Ashley and the Owner Services team, maintenance, and housekeeping have done an outstanding job managing and maintaining my oceanfront beach house. As a first-time beach property owner, I have been very pleased with the bookings, revenue, and maintenance performed on the house. Even with the uncertainties surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic of 2020, the team came up with a great plan and pulled through with an impressive number of bookings. I couldn’t ask for a better team to protect my investment.

It was a wonderful vacation! The weather was great! We had very little rain. The house was beautiful! I do wish they had a better grill and the freezer made very little ice so we had to buy ice but everything else was great! The view was Spectacular!

Condo 409 has been completely refurbished, so attractive and very comfortable. Views from condo are spectacular, truly oceanfront. We have been coming to Garden City for over 25 years and this

Travelers Rest

House is in a great location! We were able to walk to the pier and Sam’s corner easily. Being right on the beach was amazing with several babies in the house. The house itself is fine. A little dated, but overall a nice place to stay. The kitchen was a bit small for us, but again, we had several babies so lots of bottle washing and food prep for our group and it was challenging to maneuver around. The master has a nice deck and beautiful view, but could use some blackout curtains. I would recommend.
