Our stay was good but the owner needs to replace some of the mattresses! A gas grill is also needed. It is a nice house, great location,nice pool and hot tub but is way overpriced! There are many other nice places like this one at a lower price. Next year we will be looking for a better value for our money. We had a great vacation. Location was wonderful. Layout of property was beautiful and well maintained. The unit did need some repairs. Balcony porch floor needs replaced, the kitchen sink was installed improperly and was falling out. Overall it was a nice place to stay, we had a great vacation there.

Enjoyed our week at Surf Master 711! Beautifully renovated master bath and shower, great kitchen with most everything you need. Does need a new toaster, only has an old toaster oven! Great view off the balcony and nice outdoor furniture! Liked the motorized blinds to keep out the morning sun. Couches in living room were ok, but a couple of comfy recliners would be appreciated! The condo was clean when we arrived. The master closet is jammed full of stuff to use at the beach! But, I had to move all that stuff to hang up our clothes! Not much space to keep the beach cart, except in the hallway! Overall, this was a good experience and we would certainly consider staying here again!

Our place was in a great location. Condo was beautiful. Had the basic necessities we needed. Only complaint was that I reported a picture that fell in the twin bedroom at 4:00 a.m. and also the light would not work in the master bedroom closet, but no one responded or came out to repair problem. Other than that we have no other complaints.

We found the condo to be well furnished and comfortable. The screened porch was nice. Kitchen was adequate. Although somewhat dated, all appliances and bathrooms were clean and operated nicely. Pool was clean although sign was posted saying it was closed early in the week (Oct. 1). Elevator was not working most of the week but we were on first floor so not too much of an issue. Master bed was VERY comfortable. We slept well all week.

Condo was clean and neat when we got there, furnishings were nice, a TV for each bedroom..very comfortable. Needs some new pots and pans, cookie sheets, but all other dishes were fine.

Was very impressed with the house! Beautiful and clean as could be!! Would definitely stay again! Pool was great. The walk to the beach is not bad at all :) Very nice neighborhood, quiet and peaceful :)

This house was great for our family of 6. 2 adults and 4 boys, ages 13-18. 3 minutes stroll to the beach, very clean on the inside.

I will say, the exterior landscaping could have used some work. The grass was unkept and there were some weeds. This wouldn't prevent us from staying here again, however the other side (owned by another party) was significantly more well kept.

We stayed at One Ocean Place 201 in August 2023 and loved it. It's a great updated unit that is easy to get to with great views. Unit was roomy with great kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Only downsides would be showers were a bit small and one of the spare rooms could have 2 beds vs both having 1 bed. Plenty of parking. Pools were nice, though I wish they were open until 10:00 vs 9:00pm. We did have an issue with air conditioning after hours. We called and the issue was fixed within a couple hours.
