From the moment I booked with Garden City Reality, our vacation was a breeze. Check-in was simple, just follow the directions. This Condo is more than we could even imagine. Very clean, beautifully decorated, any and everything you could ask for in a vacation rental. Lots of space for our whole family. The balcony gives views that look like a postcard, even saw dolphins right in front of the condo on our last day. One Ocean Place Unit 1010 will not disappoint you!! Again, check out was simple, just follow the directions. We will definitely rent this place again. Only goes to 5 stars, but would gladly give double that.

My recent stay at One Ocean Place was amazing, as usual. This is my 3rd time using Garden City Realty and I can not say enough about how wonderful the entire staff has been to deal with every time I have visited. The accommodations at one ocean place were excellent (bathrooms could be a little cleaner/updated) but as always, the decor, cleanliness & having plenty of everything we needed was top notch. And the view, SIMPLY AMAZING. I like that it is a bit out of the way and not right in the middle of all the hoopla. I can go to the action if I want it or simply relax. I Have also stayed at SurfMaster by the Sea a few times and again, I could now ask for better accommodations or better people to deal with to take care of every need. I've recommended both Garden City Realty and SurfMaster to several people and will continue to do so. I do wish both places had a couple of beach chairs for guest use on the beach

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was clean, and everything was in good working order. Having stayed in multiple condos at OOP since 1995, we can say that 602 did not disappoint.

Our only issue was needing to carry our phone around to use the app for unlocking gates, as the code provided to us did not work. However, the enhanced security measures ensuring that only owners and renters are on the property were a welcome change. In the past, returning from dinner to find no available parking spots was a common issue. The additional security has eliminated this problem, making our stay even more relaxing.

I have been going to Against the Wind for the last ten years. I have always had great service, from the people in the office to the maintenance calls, which were only once or twice. I would definitely recommend using Garden City Realty for beach reservations.

The condo was very comfortable; the only issue was not being able to completely pull down the door to the dishwasher, making it hard to place dishes in bottom of it. Don't know how this could be relocated however.

The condo was in excellent shape. Everything was clean. The kitchen is very, very well equipped. The only criticism is that the be in the master bedroom was really soft. The deck was wonderful - so large.

What a peaceful retreat! A large, screened-in front porch overlooking the ocean and the landscaped pool area is the perfect way to relax and enjoy this beautiful setting. The master bed was very comfortable. I really appreciate the linen service. We were provided with plenty of clean towels & wash cloths. The bathrooms were great--no plumbing issues. All appliances in the kitchen were great. My wife and I enjoyed dining at the excellent seafood restaurants in the area. Every convenience you could possibly want is within a few miles.
