I would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to Myrtle Beach! I traveled with two 7 year-olds and they had a blast. They kept asking if they could come back every year. The room was spacious. The location was fabulous as it was right off of the elevator which came in handy when we were lugging in our beach stuff. Wonderful proximity to awesome food and delivery! My first night there I misplaced my room key and the staff very quickly (and after hours) met me at the property and replaced my keys. I am definitely coming back next year!

The location was great! The house does although seem to be very n need of some repairs. Some nails popping up on top deck, ice machine is still not working ( should probably be removed from the description). Sliding doors are still very hard to open ( previously mentioned in reviews of multiple years). There was some lamps with no lightbulbs but maintenance came and fixed that quickly. House is large and accommodated the the whole family nicely, although pictures created the idea that kitchen was larger. Kitchen was extremely well stocked - only thing that we were missing was a mixer, lol, but how often is that even needed on vacation. There was a good amount of sand toys and beach chairs left from previous rentals which we were pleasantly surprised about and thoroughly enjoyed having on hand to use at the beach. Overall a nice house but just needs some TLC. We noticed the property has recently been sold, so I would assume a new owner would hopefully fix some of the things that have been mentioned in all the reviews.

Nicely furnished and beautiful views and access to the ocean. We did have problems with the upstairs a/c, however when we reported to maintenance staff it was promptly fixed (twice). The only strong suggestion I would have is to provide directions and information regarding the downstairs TV/ entertainment center. We never could figure out how to access cable tv channels or Netflix.and we had young adults who work in the industry and they could not figure out all of the remotes and how they were interconnected. Internet was sporadic also. Had to use cellular phones for consistent access to internet connection. Also appropriate linen sizes for the beds were missing and had to buy king fitted sheet at store to replace queen size left for master bedroom. Laundry staff were unavailable until Monday to deliver right size, but returned my call left on Saturday on Monday morning and replaced with appropriate size promptly.

The location and view from the penthouse was awesome. The condo was clean and the beds were very comfortable. However, the washing machine sounded like a jet plane was landing and there were a few light bulbs out. This was my second time staying at this condo and the deck and hot tub is what keeps me coming back. Love the location in Garden City because it is close to great eating places. The Marshview restaurant in Murrells Inlet was our favorite.

we were tense and tired from the trip. we opened the door and it seemed everything had been lifted from us fromthe year. the view was the first thing we saw and popped open a drink and celebrated the start of what we knew would be a relaxing vacation. and it was.

This trip was a special family trip and it ended up being the best ever! We actually cried leaving the beach and condo#107.The only issue was the dishwasher was messed up and the dresser in the masterbedroom was VERY hard to open. Other than that it was amazing!

This is the 3rd year that we have rented this condo. It is exceptionally clean and beautifully updated. We love the balcony that directly overlooks the pool so that we can watch our grandchildren swim. Their mom loves watching them from the pool deck. It is oceanfront and views of the ocean are beautiful. Pam at Garden City Realty worked extra hard to get the week we wanted. She was great. We will definitely rent again!

Very nice room with excellent views of the beach. One major need in our opinion is a wheelchair ramp at the street end of the property near elevators. Very difficult to always go to the back of the property then all the way to front to catch the elevators.
