This house fit our group of 15 perfectly. The kitchen/dining area is SUPER tight - but we made it work. The outdoor area cannot be beat. The pool is amazing and right on the inlet. Bags, LadderBall, Bimini game, FANTASTIC outdoor furniture and a bathroom out by the pool area - absolutely the best part of this property! Beach access (TWO of them) right across the street. Would recommend to anyone!

The Gause house is our favorite place to stay. The home is full of original beach house charm, with a great view of the ocean from the porch. The bush may need topped at some point but there are mockingbirds that frequent it and entertained us with their lovely songs. We always feel comfortable and at home here. We love this home as if it were our own.

Location cannot be beat. Have rented at this property numerous times. Some units are furnished much better than others. This one could use some updating and replacement of blinds on sliding door leading to balcony as well as replacement of balcony furniture which is rusted. Pull-out bed is best for only one person. Very uncomfortable.

House is very well equipped. Pool area was very clean. We like the additional concrete walkway that was installed since our stay last year. Ample seating inside and outside. Beds are very comfortable. Fenced in yard is great for kids as well as our dog.

Excellent as always. Garden City Realty is very friendly with that “FAMILY ATMOSPHERE—You are not just someone who is renting from them, you are truly treated like family. The house was wonderful. My 2 grandsons absolutely loved the front porch watching the cars go by and 2 great views of the ocean. And the weather was GREAT. They must have custom ordered it just for us.

We had a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The condo was beautifully decorated. It was very centrally located. We could spend all day on the sand or in less then 20 minutes be some place shopping or doing a fun activity. The only compliant I have is about the largest guest room. The tv/cable/DVD player does not work. That was irritating with four kids.

The house was great! The only negative thing is that was no deck furniture to sit and lounge on. We had to pull over 2 of the outdoor dining chairs to sit in the sun, and those aren’t lounging (or sun deck) chairs. But other than that, it was great, location was perfect - RIGHT ON THE BEACH!!

Garden City Beach is a hidden gem. The beach is clean with sparkling sand and clear water. The ocean views are spectacular from every unit. Restaurants and stores all close by. I have stayed at Surf Master 6 times and would not stay anywhere else. The rentals are inexpensive for the size and amenities of the condos. Management is responsive if any issues. Make sure you check out The Pier for great food, drinks and entertainment.
