Perfect beach location with wonderful ocean front views. Clean and comfortable Good customer service. Close to lots of restaurants and grocery stores, however, must we had to drive to. I would recommend this rental property to others visiting the area.

Sea Banks 302 is a 2 BR / 2 BA condo with a beautiful view of the ocean. The vacation experience was great except for the fact that we had to share it with Tropical Storm Michael. I would recommend anyone that doesn’t need a pool to stay at Sea Banks.

This was our 2nd stay at Gulf Stream Villas 114.This unit is spotless , very tastefully decorated, and has a well stocked dream kitchen.We loved the king size bed in master bedroom , and the 2 queens in the other 2 bedrooms. It also has 3 full size bathrooms , 2 of those with walk-in showers. It is just steps away to a beautiful pool and just a short walk to the beach.Garden City is a very quiet family beach, and just a short 10 minute drive to Murrells Inlet, the seafood capital of the south.We're looking forward to another stay here next year.Garden City Realty was very professional in the reservation process, and check-in and check-out.

I love to stay here. This makes my 3rd year staying here. I am handicapped and it is so close to the beach. I dont have to walk a long distance to get in the ocean.

We have stayed at the Lazy O for 5 summers. Love the porches and the beach. Seems this year that the furniture in the common area sofa etc may need some updating for comfort. Larger coffee mugs, better a/c for downstairs bedroom and washer wouldn't turn
on. Maybe threw a breaker but we were able to fix. We have a deposit on next year so nothing to deter us for another year. We love it and had another wonderful time.

At this house, you’ll get the phenomenal sunset views of the inlet from your private pool/hot tub/dock plus, following a very short walk, you get all of the additional beauty of Garden City Beach. I really appreciated being removed from the first and second row traffic and noise. The house was immaculate and well appointed. I made most of our meals and felt the kitchen was well stocked. As a coffee-holic, I appreciated the duo Keurig.
There are so many areas to “hang out” in the house that we never felt like we were on top of each other. Each area is well thought out and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious.
The ground level dual showers were a big bonus, too! It was nice keeping the shower clutter off of the main floor. We will definitely rent this property again.

Had a great time. Condo could use updating. We were aware that the pool area was closed. However all the other condos along the beach already had their pools fixed. Didn't see any progress being made on ours.

Even though it rained every day while we were there, you could not beat the ocean front balcony and the views - without that, it would have been a complete washout!

At first the unit we selected was not ready due to a contractor error. The property management company was proactive and notified us and found a very good replacement. The company could not have been more helpful. The unit was in great shape. We were very happy and would return.

Great rental. We've rented this unit several times and always had a wonderful experience. The only complaint we had this time are that the beds really need to be replaced. Extremely uncomfortable. Also the bathrooms need some upgrade/attention. Really starting to show their age. Overall though we were extremely happy with our stay.

June knew what we were looking for and knew we just had a weekend to look. She spend two full days with us showing us 15+ properties. She gave us good advice but never pressured us to make hasty decisions. Even after we put a contract on a condo, the seller gave us many headaches. June looked out for our best interest and made that rocky road until closing as smooth as she could. June was a great real estate agent from my first email through closing.
