This is a beautiful house. Only issue was sliders off living room would not open on one side and the other side was super hard to open and close. That was the most convenient way to the pool.

I’ve come here and stayed at the Royal Garden 3of the last 5 winters. It’s one of my favorite places to stay. Close to everything and even has a bar, The Salty Pickle on the ground floor. The pickle is a great place to go for events and drinks.

We have stayed in many condos in Garden City over the years, but this was by far our favorite. The condo was so cozy and homey, and the appliances and amenities were great. We enjoyed booking through Garden City Realty and would do so again for this condo! We enjoyed many attractions and restaurants (and would recommend all) including: Crabby Mikes Seafood Buffet, the Pavilion Arcade, Medieval Times, Time Warp at Carolina Opry, Little Italy, Alligator Adventure, the Hollywood Wax Museum, and Broadway at the Beach.

The sun is always available with this unit. The morning sun is easily accessed from the inviting rocking chairs located on the beach side of the building. The afternoon sun shines all the time on the spacious private deck. A great place for breakfast coffee, relaxing lunch, afternoon wine and cheese or after dinner sunset. Great vacation.

We had a fabulous week at the Sanderling. The only glitch we had was when we arrived. The house was not clean but a Garden City Realty staff member was on site. Regina was so helpful. She apologized for the mix up and was cleaning herself. She quickly called in additional assistance and the house was spotless in no time. We were all impressed. It would be helpful to know exactly what amenities are provided or not (trash bags, toilet paper, etc), it would also be helpful to know what tv channels are available for sporting events. Thank you for an absolutely fabulous beach week!

Sandy Paws is located perfectly. Easy access to beach and owner comps half of golf cart rental which is an awesome perk. Clean and well spaced house. Kitchen stocked well. Nice decks and pool area with plenty of nice seating and a nice hammock. Had a great time and would stay here again. Garden City Realty was great and helpful.

Ocean View is the PERFECT vacation getaway for my wife and I. We have returned for the 2nd consecutive year and plan on coming back next year. The house is always clean and tidy, has all the amenities we need, and the fact that we have it all to ourselves for the week instead of having multiple families in different units helps keep things nice and quiet for us as we enjoy the amazing view of the ocean from the deck.

The customer service provided by the realty company that rents it out kept us right on top of everything so we knew exactly what to expect before and during our stay.

And the fact that it's so close to all the grocery shopping, beach stores, local attractions, and restaurants was a big selling point as well.

I've already recommended Ocean View to a friend and would do so to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place to enjoy the perfect vacation!
