My family and I stayed a week at Summer Breeze. The house was spacious and the beach was right there. It was perfect for privacy and having a grandma, father and mother, son, daughter and her fiance there. We did pay for beds to be made and they weren't. We wanted to get into the house early and were told we would be called when it was ready. We were called around 3:00. The inspector was there when we arrived. There was bedding still in the dryer. The inspector said there were 1 bed that wasn't done and he said he could call someone to come and take care of it. We said we could make a bed. well it turned out that none of the beds were made. We had the clean bedding, but I had paid for the beds to be made. Anyway, other than that the only thing lacking were reclining chairs. The house had everything- grill, chairs, deck, table, etc. but we had no lounge/reclining chairs. I would recommend this house.

Our rental at One Ocean Place far exceeded our expectations for location and cleanliness. Custodial staff should be complimented. Although we only used one bedroom, the bed in the master bedroom was so comfortable and gave us a good night sleep! Furniture inside and balcony was so accommodating! The remodeled baths are gorgeous.
Although we hardly ate in, there were plenty of dishes and cookware of it were needed. Ocean front condo with the ocean front bedroom was so welcoming!

The house is in a great location. Really enjoyed access to both sea and inlet. The only issue I had was no remote for the tv. Three remotes that did not work on anything. A few minor issues with house maintance but nothing that interfered with my vacation. Would rent the house again.

I’ve been staying at Waters Edge for decades. This condo is sparsely stocked but we had what we needed for a nice stay. Some improvements would be a blanket or two. The sofa bed only had a sheet and the bedroom only had a bedspread. Also a real coffee table or ottoman would go a long way towards comfort and convenience. A table of some sort (even a cheap small one) would be nice on the deck to set food and drinks on. The TV in the living room had issues and is very old. We layed in the bed to catch a few football games in the bedroom. Bring salt and pepper as there are literally only dishes and the kitchen (but they were nice). Overall a good stay but bring your own blankets and salt and pepper (and a cheap side table for the balcony if you want to
be able to set food or drinks on something.

This is the 2nd year I have rented this unit. This year we stayed for 2 weeks. I love being right on the beach and with a 2 year old who loves the water I couldn't ask for more. The unit was spotless and it's so comfortable. We'll definitely be back. The one discouraging thing this year was the Sargent General HOA owner. She either didn't have anything to do or just walked the halls at different times of day making sure everything was in order. Very discouraging for units being rented. Did not run into this last year so I was surprised this year. Won't keep me from renting my favorite place.

This Condo was amazing! Beautiful updated interior, clean, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need for your vacation. Freshly landscaped exterior with a well maintained pool. The Ocean front views are amazing! Very close to a variety of restaurants and shopping. We honestly had NO complaints! We actually reserved again for next year and we cant wait!

Great 4 bedroom 2 bath ocean front with covered porch & rockers, 2 outdoor showers underneath, and a hose for spraying off sand on the private deck through the dunes to the beach. Large open kitchen/ living room area. Only negative issue, which may seem petty, is that every knife in the kitchen was dull. We had to buy some sharp knives the 2nd day just to be able to cut tomatoes & limes without cutting ourselves. Not a big deal but often overlooked by owners. Great week and our second year there.
