Second time we have stayed in this unit and we love it! The size and location are perfect for me and my 2 friends. A couple of things I noticed are light bulbs need to be checked and the cable wasn't working in the middle bedroom and it wouldn't hurt to update the pillows and the coffee pot. I highly recommend this place and sure hope it wasn't flooded during Irma.

Our first time in Penthouse F was great. We really like the decor in the bedrooms....very beachy....the pull shades in the master bedroom really help with the bright morning sun.
This stay won’t be our last. Once again, the Garden City Realty associates are The Best !!

Management Company was very friendly and helpful; very easy to book and quick check-in and check-out. Great condo location and close to Murrells Inlet restaurant row and marsh walk. Condo kitchen and master bathroom dated, needs an upgrade. Master bed could be larger, not extremely comfortable. Overall, clean with a great ocean view. Conch Cafe excellent restaurant next door and within walking distance.

We had a wonderful time at the beach and our stay was wonderful,the condo was marvelous,everything except the patio furiture needs relacing two of the chairs were totally broke and couldn't use them and one chair in the livingroom was broke also..we really enjoyed our stay in the condo...the view from the balony was awesome you see the beach for miles in either direction...will return soon..

this was an awesome place to stay! the only "problem" we had would be that the owner had a car parked in one of the bays under the condo but fortunately we only had 2 vehicles. we also noticed the laundry room had ants which wouldnt have been a big deal except we loaded the laundry area with all our things to pack before we left the condo in the am including our leftover snack food and cereal etc! otherwise it was great. we would definately consider renting here again :)

OUR VACATION RENTAL WAS ON THE BEACH AND IT WAS WONDERFUL. THE UNIT HAD EVERYTHING WE NEEDED TO MAKE OUR STAY GREAT. WE HAD A GREAT VIEW OF THE BEACH. MANAGEMENT AND THE HEIP WAS OUTSTANDING!

The weather was great. We had a fantastic time. House location is the best. Lot of work done to outside since our stay last year. Unit needs to have new matrices installed on all the beds.
