Nice property. Easy access to beach. Parking is very restriced with Unit 202 due to air conditioning units. Nice walk to Bubba's Fish Shak which we thoroughly enjoyed.

The house was perfect, this is the 2nd time staying there. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was great. The elevator was a big plus. Garden City Realty was great to work with, if we come back to Myrtle we would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this house to anyone visiting Myrtle.

This was our second year and there were no surprises or changes in our condo from the prior year. The only thing I would mention is that the renewal process including the notice of the rent increase for 2025 was very poorly communicated. The base rent quoted in the increase excluding certain charges for linen and cleaning which were included in the rent for 2024. So when receiving our contract after renewing we were surprised by an additional $400 or so of increased costs. Obviously the approach should be total cost to total cost of the prior year for transparency.

The condo was great to stay for the price. Great view and location. Added bonus with the washer/dryer and know for next time to pack less clothing. Overall stay was fantastic. Only downside was that the room was not ready at 4pm.

The house and all of its amenities were wonderful. Everything was in great shape. The house was spacious - we were 17 people and it never felt cramped. Having the pool with 4 children under the age of 6 was great. It was a wonderful vacation - our first time at this property - but will definitely be back!

We have stayed in condos in the Garden City/Surfside area eighteen times. This condo was the cleanest and most up-to-date we have ever had. Like the washer-dryer in the entrance hall. And there was no clutter in the closets, etc., and lots of books to read. A major negative was other guests were not wearing masks or observing social distancing. Went to the pier only one time because of that fact. Also, would be much better if the condo had keyless entry.

We enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for our family of 8 and two dogs. It was a close walk to the beach. The house was clean.

Back again for a wonderful spring vacation. This is a great location on a quieter stretch of beach. As always, we enjoyed the deck which is perfect for watching the waves, shore birds, sky, turtles etc. The beach is actually considerably wider following Hurricane Mathew and happily the dunes & property at Ocean View were not damaged. Not fancy but very comfortable. We love it here.
