We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was also very spacious - plenty of room for our big family. We also loved the convenience of the pool and the outdoor shower. The only negatives: the house could use a deep clean (lots of dust under the furniture and in corners) and some minor repairs outside. The stairs going to the second floor are steep and there's no landing between them and the door. My grandmother actually fell and broke her hip and ended up having a partial hip replacement on our last stay of vacation. I really think a stair runner or some lighting in the stairwell could help.

First time to Garden City Beach and renting a condo. The condo was beautiful. People were really nice and friendly. Had a small problem with the blinds in living room but called and they got fixed. The people who were renting the condo above us were heavy walkers and we could hear them walking around. We would rent there again but a higher floor. All in all it was a wonderful experience.

This is our second year at Condo D- They could definitely update the furniture in the family room. Very uncomfortable, however we did not spend much time there. The coffee pot had to be thoroughly cleaned and there was a dirty frying pan in the oven. Small inconveniences and I would definitely recommend staying there.
