The condo was average. Had to vacuum the rug in the kitchen as it was dirty when we got there and dishwasher had dirty dishes in it upon arrival. Bedspreads were too little for beds. One of the bed squeaks when you move. It was clean other than what was mentioned above.

loved being on the ocean close to pier and and bars steps were intimidating when arriving with luggage but great calorie burners for those if us who enjoy all the great seafood in the area been coming to bike wek for 16 years this was probably our favorite ever thanks garden city realty

Stayed with family at this location for spring break. Everything was perfect as expected. Will definitely consider this location again in the future.

This was our second year escaping winter in PA by staying in Garden City in February and March, and the first time at this house.
The home was very clean and in a good location, short walk to the beach entrances. It would have been great to have a heated pool! The fenced yard was wonderful to allow our dog time off leash.
The kitchen lacked a few amenities since we cooked there often. Garden City rental was responsive as usual by bringing us a crock pot and baking sheets. They owners really need some new pans, most did not sit flat on the smooth cooktop.
It was wonderful to have a recliner and great outdoor furniture. We would have loved to rebook for next year but a 63% rental increase made that impossible for us. It would be a great summer rental since it has a very nice pool and the rear deck was an excellent plus. Outdoor maintenance was very good.
Garden City Realty was a pleasure to work with as usual.

The condo was perfect! I watched the sunrise and sunset from my bed actually! We couldn’t have had a more perfect getaway! Had to buy toilet paper and paper towels but other than that, a wonderful stay! Yes it was cold til Easter Sunday but we enjoyed it!

We stayed at One Ocean Place 1109 and found the condo to be exceptional. The ocean view from the living room was comparable to looking out from a cruise ship. Every feature in the condo was updated and installed for convenience. We could not have asked for more relaxing and clean accommodations.
