Condo was nice. We have been staying at beach house for many years and love the ocean view very much. The only thing I would like to see changed is Garden City Reality. I has to wait in line way to long for my key. Also my kid cut his foot on the city walk way to the beach. A nail sticking up. I called Garden City Reality and they said sorry its the citys problem and it took the city almost an entire week to fix it. This was unacceptable as my son was not the only one to be cut by this screw. Im expecting you will fix both problems. Look its a really nice place and we will be back.

THE ORIGINAL CONDO ( A 1 BEDROOM) WE RENTED TURNED OUT TO BE COMPLETELY UNSATISFACTORY OLD WORN OUT AND DIRTY. (DID NOT LOOK LIKE PICTURES ON INTERNET). ATER WE MADE THE OFFICE AWARE OF OF THIS, THEY QUICKLY GAVE US A 2 BR CONDO WHICH WAS NEWLY RENOVATED, SPOTLESS AND BEAUTIFUL. WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR WEEKS STAY AFTER THE MOVE. THANK YOU TO THE WONDERFUL OFFICE STAFF.

The condo was fantastic- wonderful location, very clean, all necessities available. We have stayed at Surfmaster before but first time in 709 the view is the best experience. Many memories made to remember in the snowy winter months. I am sure we will be back.

We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. Overall the property was what we were expecting in that price range. It was convenient to the pier, shopping, dining and beach access. The quiet cul-de-sac was nice too. Only drawbacks were previous renters had put dirty dishes back in cabinets and the refrigerator was having trouble staying cold.
