We come down for RUN TO THE SUN car show each March and stay at this location. The place is nice and well taken care of and meets our picky needs. Access to the beach is literally across the street. Only down fall if I had to give one would be the steps leading up, and the only reason its an issue is because of our elderly dog. Other than that we have a great stay each year.

We had a fabulous vacation and enjoyed our stay. This property was perfect for our family. Only one minor complaint was that we couldn’t find a luggage mover and was told that only one was at the complex.

The Summer House (Clinkscales) was located right across the street from the was very very clean and perfect size for me and 3 kids. I never met the owner, but Pam from Harden City realty was fantastic, she provided excellent customer service. YES I WOULD RECOMMEND the house to family and friends. WE went to broadway on the beach and shopped, road Rollercoaster, visited the wax museum, we rode go carts, they even gave us helicopter ride to see all around Myrtle Beach!! We loved it and we will be back next year for sure. Thank You Garden City Realty for helping us have a wonderful family Vacation.

Love this condo. Stayed here several times. We were bothered this time by work going on in unit next door. Very loud and annoying.

Management Company was very friendly and helpful; very easy to book and quick check-in and check-out. Great condo location and close to Murrells Inlet restaurant row and marsh walk. Condo kitchen and master bathroom dated, needs an upgrade. Master bed could be larger, not extremely comfortable. Overall, clean with a great ocean view. Conch Cafe excellent restaurant next door and within walking distance.

I had a wonderful time staying at Sandy Shores II 207. It is a cute and well-maintained condo. The beach décor and furnishings made my stay all the more enjoyable. The condo was spotlessly clean when I arrived. Likewise, I had no issues during my stay and felt safe and secure during my stay. Garden City Realty always provides excellent customer service. They were promptly available to answer all my questions and help me whenever needed. I recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay. The only downside is that the unit has no washer and dryer.
