Wonderful stay at this nicely furnished unit. The kitchen was fully stocked and we loved the two blue rockers which we positioned right next to the big window in front. The only hiccup was towel bars in the master bath which had to be redone, but the maintenance was very responsive. Would definitely recommend!!!

This rental was exactly what I needed for the weekend. The location was perfect right on the beach. The house was cleaned smelled fresh not like chemicals. Everything worked flawlessly. The rental process could not have been any easier. The people that I spoke to during the rental process couldn't have been any kinder or more helpful. Our family vacation had 6 adults and 5 small children. This house was AWESOME. Not only was it roomy, but the walk to the beach was extremely short. There were lots of beach toys and a terrific canapy that we put up on the beach every day. This is the first place we have stayed where no one could find anything wrong with it. We are definitely going to use this place again next year.

There were 5 couples that stayed there the week of May 18, 2013. The house was surprisingly amazing with new floors and deck. The furniture even looked new. All the sleeping rooms were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows. The weather was great and we went down to the beach every day. We were close enough to a grocery store and far enough away from hectic traffic and activity. If I had to complain about anything, it would just be that some of the sheets we were given did not fit the beds....too small.....and we had to work around that. Other than that.....this was an amazing family vacation!

The property was in a great location, and the house was very clean, when we arrived. We love the neighborhood. It's very quiet and relaxing. We love sitting out on the porch of the evenings, after our walk on the beach. We also enjoyed the ice cream shop right next to the pier. Garden City is a great place to take your family for vacation. We will definitely be renting this house again.

We have rented this home many times and LOVE it. Out of the door and into the sand. This is not a houss. This is a precious, pre-Hugo beach home that is well preserved and there are too few of.

We love Compass Rose! The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping but secluded enough to be able to relax and get away from the busy-ness of more populated areas on the beach. Our family loves this place!!

Everything described about this property is 100% accurate including the amenities like an awesome hot tub to wind down your beach day! Unit was spotless and we would recommend this property to anyone not concerned about being on top 15th floor. The view is amazing, but I would not be comfortable on that floor w/ small children or a service pet (pets are not allowed).
We loved the ocean front balcony, easy beach access, walks at night on beach and an relaxing stroll to our favorite restaurant the Conch Cafe. What a great start to our trip eating there on the ocean facing deck our first night we were too tired to grocery shop. Just a short 1.5 mile drive and you can grab your groceries at Garden City Kroger we love too while you shop sipping your Starbucks and you are all set for an amazing week being barefoot as much as possible!!
*You really don't ever need to leave, but if you crave some excitement we recommend Crazy Sister Marina for Dolphin cruise or Dolphin Jet Ski trip we have done for last three years.
