This is the 2nd year I have rented this unit. This year we stayed for 2 weeks. I love being right on the beach and with a 2 year old who loves the water I couldn't ask for more. The unit was spotless and it's so comfortable. We'll definitely be back. The one discouraging thing this year was the Sargent General HOA owner. She either didn't have anything to do or just walked the halls at different times of day making sure everything was in order. Very discouraging for units being rented. Did not run into this last year so I was surprised this year. Won't keep me from renting my favorite place.

Our 5th year staying in Mariposa and it was the best yet. A very comfortable home with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing week. Ample space for our large family of 10, flat screen TV's in every room, convenient location to the beach and a covered in-ground pool helped to make our vacation a really great one.

Overall it was a great place to stay although I wasn't complete happy with the up keep of my unit 307. I will be emailing a letter on my disappoints with that. To much to type here. Also there was now common place to meet. Only two little tables at the
pools. I had six other families with me and hoping all to return next year plus with a few more.

unit was as pictured.
owners could supply remote for the DVD player.
without remote cannot play all episodes on some DVDs. Do not watch TV and the TV series that I brought along was to be my quiet time entertainment.
Condo was very nice, would rent again.
Owners need to do just a little.Master bedroom pillows need to be discarded and bed spread needs washed or dry cleaned. Was an odor.
other than those 2 items I would rate at 100%.
I did not use the pillows and turned the bedspread down every night. All staff and Pinnacle employees were very professional.
Really did not want to leave and look forward to renting this unit again.

Very nice stay at Surfmaster 1009. The unit was immaculate with an amazing view of the beach and ocean. Would definitely stay here again. The Surfmaster building is well kept up with enough parking.

This unit is a little dated but the beds were comfortable. Not happy with the real estate office manager as I had requested an early check in, but was unable to get into the unit until after 3:00.

We had a very nice last week in April at Seabanks 302. Enjoyed the view, the amenities and it was only 1 mile from one of our favorite eateries, the Conch Cafe.

I have been staying at Inlet Pointe, Apt. #19, off and on since the Condos were built. We have never had a bad experience. The apartment is always clean, the area quiet, the scenery beautiful and tranquil. Will always come back.

Garden City Realty always goes above and beyond our expectations when it comes to our vacation at the beach. We’ve been dealing with them for over 25 years and they have always been great!! Always helpful, friendly, and easy to deal with. Wouldn’t use anyone else! We loved our house. It was emaculate. It was close to everything, but quiet and relaxing.
