We had a nice stay-great weather. HE403 is a nice place. It was clean when we arrived and the towels were all nicely wrapped. There were also sheets for the sleeper sofa which impressed me. I thought it would be the thing I would need to ask for. The kitched was very good. Nice range with a large cooktop for big meals. I think there could have been a bit more cookware, there seemed to be just enough to get by without a trip to Walmart. It worked out fine in the end. My only complaint would be the bed in the Master bedroom. The mattress was too hard, in my opinion, and it bothered me all week. I'm picky about beds so who knows. Great view and not too close to the pool, so the noise was not a problem.
The lobby and pool areas were always tidy. Thumbs up overall.

Room still had sand all over the floor and chairs when we arrived but other than that it was a nice stay! Condo was beautiful.

This home was perfect; great location, very clean, very well kept. My only real issue were the mattresses; they were terrible. They were very old and uncomfortable, but all in all, a great place to stay!

The rental was exactly how the pictures were, unit needs a little tlc, but over all was very nice. The pots and pans were nicer than what I have at home. It was very homey and comfortable.

House is great and location is even better. We plan on staying here every year going forward. Fishing is great. There isn’t anything negative I can think to say about the place. We had a great time.

We stayed for two weeks - as we came into town for our sons wedding. The property was lovely. Size and location great- just a few little details not A+ (dirty carpet- patio doors don't lock easy/well, patio chairs cracked...plus a few decent bed pillows needed). We do thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful beachside condo.

This house was nearly perfect ! It is on the inlet with a fishing dock, and a salt water pool . A simple 2 block walk (or golf cart ride ) to the beach ! The kitchen was lacking in pot holders and mixing bowls . The upstairs inlet side bathroom fan does not work . And the pool
Could have been better heated for April Spring Break! ( other houses we have rented give access to heating the pool for a little extra - we would have gladly done so!) Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay at Pooh’s Corner !

We love the Garden City area and the entire South Strand. Our condo unit was fantastic and close by many of our favorite spots including Murrells Inlet and Huntington Beach State Park. Awesome reastaraunts and watering holes are also nearby.

The property is beautiful and was perfect for my husband’s birthday weekend. We will definitely rent again.

The place is beautiful but needs major repairs and upgrades. Lots of rust throughout the home, mildew in the bathroom above showers/bathtubs. Kitchen area and living time area was beautiful. Elevator broke down twice. The front 2 decks are unsafe and buckling and my hubby and dad are in the home improvement areas and they said the two decks in front are unsafe and need repair. Please look into that for future guest.

Our overall experience was increible! We traveled from Milwaukee, WI via minivan with our family of 6 and after the 16 hour drive we were very impressed with the rental unit. There was more than enough space for all of us, very well decorated, and in the perfect location for all of the coastal attractions. The provided amenities allowed us to travel lighter, all we needed were cloths and our hygiene items. The cleanliness of the property was in very good condition and the furnishings are all well maintained. You cant ask for a better loacted unit, the property is on the beach which by the way you'll be able to see from the screened in porch in the unit, and you'll be able to enjoy the swimming pool on the property as well. Your walking distance from live entertainment and dining. Our kids really enjoyed the pier which has a full bar for adults and video games and other activities for children as well, and if you get hungry while your up there they have a grill and ice cream for some lunch/dinner/desert... I'd definetly recommend this unit to all that are looking to have a relaxing beach side experince and promise that you wont be disappointed!

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend getaway at Sandy Shores. The unit that we had was tastefully decorated and felt so homey. The location was great, just a short walk to the beach and we had an ocean view from our balcony. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't stay longer.
