If location is important, and you are willing to forego the bells and whistles, this is your house! It was as clean enough and fairly comfortable. The deck overlooking the ocean was PERFECT! We were a family of 4 but the 3 bedrooms could handle plenty more. We rented beach cruiser bikes for the week which was a great way to explore the area. And it's a short walk to the pier for outdoor dining on typical beach food along with an ice cream shoppe. We unknowingly went during "Fall Bike Week" so there was pretty much a constant state of LOUD motorcycle noise every day til the wee hours. But I don't think that is the norm. With 1 remote worker and 2 kids virtual schooling wifi was very slow. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would go again.

We've been staying at Garden City Realty properties for a few years now, and all the rentals have been amazing! They're always super clean and have everything we need for a fantastic family vacation. We're looking forward to our upcoming stay at Las Palmas this August!

We stayed in this unit for 4 nights over the Easter holiday. The unit has recently been renovated with hardwood floors and an open kitchen with very nice new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The unit is very spacious and well equipped with all the things you need to enjoy your stay, including cookware, towels, bedding, and even beach chairs. We especially enjoyed the large balcony with new, very comfortable patio furniture.

Great Location and perfect for a family with children. No loud fireworks or music. The beds, couch, and decor were very nice. A nice surprise to find a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids! Thank You!!
Wish there was a bathroom by the pool. The dishwasher broke, maintenance responded quickly, and took a look at it, but did not return to fix it while we were there. Not a huge deal but hand-washing dishes shouldn't be part of Vacation. haha

Great place, Unit 709 was very clean well equipped and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. We are planning to return again as soon as possible, best place we have ever stayed in!

Our stay in 307 was very nice, loved the upgraded kitchen, furniture very comfortable. A few minor complaints are, they turn the refridgerator off (to clean) but when we turned it back on it takes 2-3 days to stablize. Also the air conditioner, not very strong probably coils could use cleaning out, and the washer and dryer very small. We had an enjoyable time and would rent this unit again.

We were very happy with our condo. It was perfect for 2 people. The location was convenient for shopping, eating, and anything else we wanted to do. (The only thing that wasn't so nice was the weather, and neither of us can do anything about that!) If we are all well next year, we'll probably stay with you again.

The kitchen was filled with all the things you would have ever needed. There were beach chairs and boogie boards to use. Dishwasher, washer and dryer and beautiful bed spreads on all the beds. Everything was clean and tidy and well maintained. Ocean front patio, around the corner from the huge pool and steps away from the beach. I loved all the lounge chairs on the decks available for use, for reading or sitting by the pool. Just a wonderful, convenient set up. Just a few miles from HWY 17 which had EVERYTHING you could need or want!

If there was just a few constructive criticisms or suggestions, one would be to have a high top table and chairs on the private porch, because when sitting in the chairs at the table, the railing is EXACTLY at eyesight!! Blocks the view of beach and ocean! The other is maybe a few better knives for cutting things like watermelon and potatoes. And replacing front glass doors to patio, they seriously would stick and was hard to get open (my mom could not do it, she needed help every time to open them).

On a good note, our stay was awesome. The condo was clean and decorated bright and airy. Making the reservations and payment, picking up the keys and finding it were easy. Everything was Emailed to me that we needed to know, which made things convenient.

We are already talking about our next beach vacation through Garden City Rental!

THIS IS ONE OF IF NOT THE BEST VACATION RENTAL CONDOS THAT WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT. THE CONDO ITSELF, THE BEACH, AND THE LOCATION WAS GREAT. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS FOR ANYONE.
