We have now stayed at beach house 317 the last 2 years, and really enjoy the well funished condo along with the location on the beach.

We got linked up with Drew [Dellinger] through one of his banners on a condo he had for sale. He was very prompt and knowledgeable when talking to him. Very thankful he was able to explain how having a buyers agent could benefit us and actually save us money. We were unaware and like most figured it was the other way around and would save money buy dealing with the listing agent directly. Man, is that far from the truth! I would recommend Drew to others and when we do decide to buy he will be our guy!

It was wonderful! We loved every moment. The house was amazing, right near town, plenty of parking space. But the best parts were the deck and being right on the beach. It was all great! We even had parking room for the cart we rented.
