Floral Villa 2 is a nice 3 bedroom condo if you want convenient access to the beach and a nice pool in your back yard. Comfortable for our group of nine. Older condo but still well-kept and clean.

June was FANTASTIC!!

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with our agent, June Hiller. She is so charming and sweet. We ran her around like crazy and she NEVER complained or made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. She was always pleasant even though when we were with her we monopolized her time completely. We not only consider her the BEST agent but we consider her a friend. Anyone who is lucky enough to work with June is very lucky!

This house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures, a beach cottage from the 1950's with all the modern conveniences. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! Very clean and well maintained. Location could not have been better - only about 1/3 mile walk on the beach to the pier which had live music, DJ, or karaoke everyday. We cooked all our meals, but this area is known for its fabulous selection of restaurants. Garden City Rental agency was fantastic - very prompt service and very helpful with any questions I had. Check-in couldn't have been easier. After being cooped up at home for over a year because of the pandemic - this was a much welcomed "spring break" for us. We were very sad when the week was over.

The property was in a great location and clean. It was well stocked with cooking supplies. We cooked in 5 of our 7 night stay and found everything we needed to prepare our meals. The beds were very comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was fantastic. (5 adults and 3 children in our group).

Golf trip with a bunch from Cincinnati. The house was very clean. The pool was clean. The staff was excellent about getting back to us very promptly. Less than a two minute walk to the beach. I would certainly recommend this property.

The overall condo was very nice with a great view of Murrell’s Inleti. The only thing I would change is the King mattress, it needs to be replaced The condo was clean and has everything you need for a great vacation. We leave stayed in the Marlin Quay complex several time and it is well maintained an upscale. It is within walking distance to two restaurants and across the street from the beach. Great sunset views from the balcony across Murrell’s Inlet.

Condo was great! Kitchen had all the amenities of home. Even a mixer. Unfortunately our month long stay included Corona outbreak so as the days passed, so did the business closings increase. We were lucky enough to buy our own property before too much chaos happened, so wont need this location. However, I do strongly recommend 216. Owner apparently cares for comfort!

The experience of renting Channel of Blessings was wonderful. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. Garden City Realty had friendly staff. The house is awesome. Nicely furnished. TV in every room. Nice sitting area outside next to the pool with an outdoor kitchen.

tub drained slow and shower ran out quickly, maintenance came over and promptly took care of it. Other than that everything was in good order. Condo was clean and the furniture was clean. Overall it was very nice.
