This home was perfect; great location, very clean, very well kept. My only real issue were the mattresses; they were terrible. They were very old and uncomfortable, but all in all, a great place to stay!

I've never stayed at the beach in September before, but I must stay it was great. Having your own boat ramp was excellent. The dock was in good shape and we spent many hours fishing there. Havomg a half bath in the laundary room was excellent. It meant that you did not have to run upstairs from the dock. The house itself felt very spacious. The shell displays were fun. The two upstairs bath were large for this type of beach house layout. Some may say the house was dated, but to us it was fine. Located across the street from the beach and beach access only made it better.

We had a great vacation in this unit again.
The renovations were spot on. A huge improvement compared to what they were with last owner. We were pleased. Family came again too and they thought it was a huge improvement also. Close to restaurants and shopping.

Condo was clean and neat when we got there, furnishings were nice, a TV for each bedroom..very comfortable. Needs some new pots and pans, cookie sheets, but all other dishes were fine.

We searched for a quaint beach cottage in Garden City/Surf Side area for a long time that met all our needs. GCR made it so easy to make the reservation and was fast and friendly with our requests and questions. I have dealt with many rental companies on our family vacations that were nightmares, but GCR remains faithful and committed to excellent customer service! My wife and I stayed here as our honeymoon vacation. We really enjoyed the condo. It was very nice and very clean. I have to say, the pictures didn’t really do this place justice. We hoped it would look just like the pictures, but it was in fact better. We really loved staying here, and we’d definitely stay here again.

There should have been a clearer representation that this is a smoking unit. We are non smokers and the smoke smell in the unit was awful. The parking was way too tight for anything bigger than a very small car. Overall the unit and outside area was very clean but I would not stay there again because the unit is not smoke free

Sea Star Realty hit us with lots of surprises and limitations with our rental 2 hours before check in!! We had multiple families traveling at that moment. Lucky we got in touch with Garden City Realty, they made this gem available and had it cleaned and ready in a matter of an hour! The house was great, it suited multiple families and the rental agency went above and beyond for us. Truly appreciate Garden City Realty when Sea Star Realty just fell way short.
