We love SurfMaster 106 and have stayed there many years. This time we did have a few issues but nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. The clothes dryer wasn’t working properly and took 3 cycles to dry a small load, bathroom fan in master bath wasn’t working and the toilet in the half bath ran constantly. I hope these issues have been fixed for the next guest. Very convenient for the beach and for dining out. We love the convenience of it and will definitely keep staying here.

This is our second stay at 709. We enjoy the nautical theme throughout the rooms. It is completely furnished for all our needs. Rooms were clean and there was plenty of blankets and pillows for many guests.

We loved our beach house. It was a perfect place for our family. It was a great price and within walking distance to 2 public breach accesses. The staff at Garden City Reality were very helpful. The whole process was smooth and easy. I emailed any questions I had and received replies immediately. We will definitely be calling again for our next stay.

This is our second stay at "one Ocean Place RM 403." The layout and the room décor is absolutely stunning. Everything is in tip top shape, the furniture is fit for a king and a queen. Which makes it real nice when the weather doesn't cooperate. My wife and I spent many hours just sitting on the ottoman in front of the windows. I would recommend condo to everyone-Very well taken care of condo. Garden city realty are wonderful to deal with, our 4th adventure with them. If that tells you anything. The kitchen was probably the most well-stocked with utensils of any of the many large homes I have rented. The biggest drawback was there was only one standard size refrigerator and a mini fridge upstairs, which was too inconvenient for our use. We supplemented by putting drinks in an ice chest downstairs and continually replenishing the ice. There was only one working coffee maker, so we purchased another and left it as our gift. When we arrived, the sliding glass door on the ocean side was damaged. The glass was completely out of the frame. Someone came right away to check it out, but it was the next morning when someone who could repair it came. We appreciated the quick attention because it was a huge nuisance going in and out. Overall, I was very pleased with the customer service from the rental agency. The owner of this home needs to make a few upgrades, i.e. the living room sofas need replacing. The range needs to be replaced. Also, I recommend that the people that clean the house always replace burned out light bulbs. There were bulbs out in every room and only one working on the oceanside lower deck. Additionally lights need to be added to the oceanside stairs. They are very treacherous at night without lighting.

Visiting the beach during a pandemic can be quite unpredictable. We arrived to towels and sheets that were sealed tight and everything had been sanitized and cleaned very well! This home is perfectly wheelchair accessible and the dock on the inlet was phenomenal. We will be staying again!

Loved the unit! Very well stocked with all the amenities of beach life. Convenient to local restaurants and retail stores. Will definitely want to return!

The house was great. We would definitely go back. Some maintenance needs to be done. The washer and dryer do not work well at all. Took 5 times to dry one load, they need to purchase new washer and dryer. New frig too. Also there needs to be some general maintenance (doors off hinges in laundry room made it pretty annoying to do laundry), bulbs out, nobs loos on doors etc.

First Jody was so helpful and took care of all questions. She needs more than five stars. Only problem was ceiling fan in downstairs bedroom would only go on low speed. Love the layout of the house. Our family enjoyed our stay, would recommend to anyone . Would stay again anytime.
