Location is perfect near from beach, nice and quite neighborhood, house was clean and have all equipment for kitchen, family and myself hace a great time. We didn't like, the grass wasn't cut, pool need to clean more often ,and I wait up to 6pm for the check in I wait for whole 2 hours, that I didn't like after a long travel.
But house very nice and comfortable.

Had a wonderful, much needed vacation. Clean, quiet, nice room. Would love to have had a rocking chair in the living room. Wouldn't hurt to have some new furniture on the balcony.

We loved MiYot! My kids loved swimming in the pool and fishing off the dock. The house had everything we needed for cooking. Beds were comfy. I highly recommend this property!

This is by far the best condo in One Ocean Place! GreT open kitchen, expanded balcony, and well stocked kitchen. Electric needs some work, though, as master bathroom lights flickered, then went out entirely, and kitchen lights have a buzzing. Definitely recommend .

This condo was very clean and comfortable. I was pleased with how well stocked the kitchen was with dishes and cook ware. The view was amazing! A couple negatives which in no way reflects on the owners or Garden City Realty was that it was hard to enjoy our balcony due to smoker's under and around us. Also, children in the condo above us seemed to run all hours of the night. But, these are the things you face in close proximity to others. I appreciate that the condo was stocked with some cleaning basics and hand soap. We had a small issue with our linens but it was corrected quickly and politely by Garden City staff.

Staying at the Beach House was wonderful! A great location and close to restaurants and Murrell’s Inlet The condo with ocean front views was breathtaking! I really enjoyed waking up each morning and watched the sun rise from my balcony! The condo was clean, modern, and well equipped with everything you would need for a beach vacation. Thank you Garden City Realty!!

This place was wonderful. Just a few blocks to the beach. The pool got shade in the afternoon and had comfortable furniture to sit on. House was big enough and the sofas were very comfortable.

We rent every year through Garden City. I understand the units are rented all summer. I looked under the beds when I left to see if anything fell. To my surprise, it was filthy. it looked like it wasn't cleaned all summer. Also, I had to call about the cockroaches. They came and sprayed but I reported several times about the stray cats living under deck near pool. Someone was leaving food and water for them daily. Cats were still there after our 2 week stay.
Weather was great!!!!
