This place definitely had it's good and so-so reviews. I love the oceanfront, the full kitchen, 1.5 baths, Keurig (that was a plus), and very nice staff. Parking was pretty good, relatively quiet.
The downside -- once again, the mattresses are awful!! I highly recommend either bringing a very thick mattress pad or your own blow up -- is this because I go at the end of a season, and everything is used/abused by that time, or just that the owner/realty company spends for the cheapest mattress possible? It was pretty clean, but I still find little stains, tiny bits of food around -- this may be for the limited amount of time only 1 cleaning crew has to clean the condo before moving onto the next one.
Would I stay here again - yes. Do I wish things were kept up a little more - yes!

Enjoyed the whole experience.
Great location, close to ocean, far from major bunches of people, great pool- spent a lot of time there. Fished in the canal, walked a lot, close to good eating - Sara J's, Nance at Murrel's Inlet, excellent sleeping facilities with privacy. As good as any place we have stayed and better than a lot. We signed up for next year.
A few things missing: light bulbs we had to buy, a broken light fixture, kitched utinsels. We gave a list to the realtor.

Absolutely loved unit 1610 at Royal Garden Resort! Decorated exactly like a beach home should be! Great views from the balcony. Had everything we needed to cook with (even though we ate out). The rental agency was very easy to book through and very friendly and helpful at arrival and departure. Property was exactly as described. Perfect location. Close to pier and restaurants. Visited Huntington Beach Park and highly recommend. Will definitely go back to this unit!

This place is perfect!!!! Men enjoyed fishing! Ladies and kids enjoyed the pool!!! Loved the tanning part of pool! We only went to beach 2 times!! Extra quiet street. We have always stayed ocean front but not anymore!!! Every night sunsets were awesome!!!! Thanks for owners sharing their home??????

We have been fortunate to stay at the Mariposa twice. eleven years ago when our family was. Little smaller and now much larger, celebrating our 50th anniv. With our children, grandchildren. Friends that live in Market Commons only minutes away celebrated with us as well. Eleven years later the house was still meticulous and charming. Pam, who I believe may be the owner surprised us with 50th Anniversary 7 layer cake, delish. She is adorable. Professional, courteous as we’re booking with them, staff coming for pool cleaning etc. great house, great owners, great people, beautiful porch with so many rocking chairs that would delight even the grumpiest of people. Amazing updates to the unit! Beautiful decor and furnishings. We had a couple requests from maintenance and they came through, no questions asked!! Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay! So happy with our stay. Only suggestion would be to update kitchen next. It’s nice but dated. Overall great place!
