We loved our stay at this condo unit. The kitchen was so well stocked, I could have left most of my own stuff at home. Linens were included as well as a beach umbrella and 2 chairs, set up each morning and taken down by the lifeguard each day. (We loved
our Russian lifeguard, Arturi too!) The water pressure was amazing, it felt so good to take a nice shower at the end of the day and the washer/dryer worked great, although I think the dryer generated it's own lint, ha ha. The elevators were quick and never
too crowded. We never had trouble finding a parking spot or a luggage cart. The room was decorated nicely and the oversized balcony was amazing! The owner may need to replace the Master bedroom mattress in the near future, it sags a little but not enough to
have ruined our stay. There were 4 of us, 2 parents, a 20 year old daughter and her 18 year old best friend who stayed in the unit and it was big enough that we didn't feel like we were in each other's way, most of the time! We could not have asked for a better
vacation this year and the condo was awesome. The process was simple to book the unit and check-in was a breeze. No complaints at all. We would highly recommend this condo unit.

Beautiful and very chic property. State of the art appliances. Breathtaking views of the ocean in master and living area. Very comfy beds and couches.
Big spacious bathrooms. Completely stocked kitchen, had more than anywhere we’ve ever stayed. The best part was the balcony. Huge with 2 sitting spaces with rocking chairs and comfy outdoor couch and chairs.
Nice pools and hot tubs. Wish they were open past 9:00pm.
Nice clean access to beach . Beach wasn’t too crowded at all. We would love to stay here again. Everything was just as it should be.

We appreciated our three months experience in winter at the Royal Garden and mostly the location. On the negative side, we could smell in the apartment the cigarette smoke from the neighbor.

First time at Compass Rose. Great location and friendly folks. Spent most my time on the back porch.. Perfect for that morning sunrise and late night cool breeze and fireworks.. Keyless system is great. Look forward to returning..

The description of Summer Breeze is very good, but when you actually see how close you really are to the beach. It's AMAZING. The property is very nice. It does need a good dusting. Major lightbulb replacement. Especially in the enclosed deck. We would have enjoyed the night time more if we had light. No lights on the stairway to the beach. But other than those minor things. It's a fantastic property. We already have recommended to everyone and some are already taken advantage. Definitely choose this rental if you desire a more quiet area. Myrtle Beach is close by. Can't wait to visit again next year!

Everything was nice in this unit except kitchen utensils, glassware, pots & pans, dishes etc. need an update. It was like going to a flea mkt. Very sparce and disorganized.
Master BR mattress was uncomfortable and they didn't put a sheet over the mattress pad. Didn't notice till leaving.
Furnishings were very comfortable and view was beautiful.

We over packed so much because without knowing it. This house is so well stocked with pots pans plenty of dishes cups cooking utensils, soaps spices, pool toys beach toys it had it all! All the little things that you could need. It was very spacious and so relaxing! One step was broken on the walk way was the only bad thing. And the walk way didn't go all the way to the beach and the sand was SO HOT that we ended up using the public access to get to the beach but it was only a few steps further. Overall my family highly enjoyed this house!

Wonderful beach week with perfect accommodations. Washing machine was broken up on our arrival and it was replaced with a new unit immediately.

The pictures didnt do it justice. It was beautiful, a little out dated but the kitchen was big and had everything we needed, there is a washer and dryer and the balcony has a door from the livingroom and master bedroom that looks out to the ocean.

Our stay at SSII 310 was fantastic! There was plenty of space for all of us (2 adults, 2 children) and my children enjoyed having the loft all to themselves. The location was perfect - top floor end unit, less than 2 minute walk to the beach access which is directly across the street, just a short drive to the Garden City Pier/arcades, and it's on a main artery road with direct access to Business 17. Murrells Inlet "restaurant row" is a 15 minute drive and Myrtle is about 20 minutes. The vacuum cleaner and washer/dryer were much needed and we were very glad to have them! We also enjoyed the small pool located on the property. All in all, I would 100% suggest renting.

I have a few suggestions for improvement:
The master bedroom needs a new mattress - the springs are busted and it was more of a double bed than queen, really need to have a king size bed and be situated in front of the window to maximize space in the room.
The one shower/tub needs to be replaced as the paint was peeling/chipping so baths for the children were not possible.
The upstairs loft area and attic space that has the twin bed was extremely warm compared to the downstairs. It would be good to have a stand up fan to help circulate the air especially in the attic room as turning the temp down made it freezing downstairs. With that also, I would suggest new vent coverings downstairs as they were all rusted and would not close and the air blew directly on you in the bathroom and on the couch in the living room.
We could not get the cable to work on either of the 2 tvs and the living room tv did not work properly even when we plugged in the ROKU we brought with us. Though we didn't have a lot of time to watch tv, it would have been nice to watch the downstairs tv during breakfast and in the evenings before bed.
Outdoor furniture was ok, but should be table height for safety purposes.
